My husband and I stayed here for 12 days over the Christmas holiday, with our four children ages 14 to 20, and my parents who are in their 80s. From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew we found the perfect place. It was extremely well equipped (everything you’d ever need in a kitchen), tasteful decor, beautiful location, incredibly clean and unbelievably amazing. It was thoughtfully designed and the space was perfect for the 8 of us. The hosts, Nicole & Dusty, were incredibly helpful and were quick to respond to some of our questions. We would absolutely return and stay here again!

The house was amazing, so clean and well stocked we barbecued and cooked dinners in the kitchen and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so much fun! The game room was a fun place to hang out and we had everything we needed for the beaches. Nicole was also very helpful and a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

There were a total of seven of us. All adults. This was a graduation trip for two 18 year old cousins. We wanted to stay in a home, rather than a hotel/ resort. This fit the bill. There were two masters with king size beds. One upstairs and one downstairs. One master and 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. The other master is located upstairs with the living room and kitchen. A third bedroom had a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom had two twins. There was a total of 4 bathrooms. The living room had a sectional with built in recliners, which was a must for Papa, who has back issues. We loved the sliding glass doors that opened up the whole back side of the room leading out to the deck where the BBQ, dining table and a seating area were. Overlooking the golf course. Excellent view of the “sleeping giant” mountain. The teens (and adults) enjoyed the well planned game room located in the garage. Shuffle board out back. The house was very well stocked. Lots of boogie boards, paddle boards and beach chairs on the days you wanted to go to the beach. Beautiful pool. Well maintained. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, pots n pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Was easy to cook a meal. I also like that they leave things from previous renters, such as foil, plastic wrap, napkins, spices, condiments. With the high cost of food, this was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in Kauai. House is in quiet neighborhood on a golf course. House is appointed very well with all the amenities needed. Upstairs living area and deck both functional and provide scenic overlook to golf course. Pool is very nice and a big hit especially with the kids. Can tell owners take great care and pride in their house. Finally, restaurants and shopping abound in nearby Poipu Bay Area.

This home was everything we had hoped for and more, during our recent two-week stay. The 4 adults & 4 teens found the home to be spacious and clean, with all the needed amenities and 'smart' touches throughout the property. All you need is a toothbrush - they have thought of everything! We all enjoyed time in the pool, hot tub, game room, dining on the lanai, and access to the Poipu Athletic Club was a nice bonus. There are homes next door and across the golf course currently under construction, but the work crews never started too early, nor were there any noise issues that were disruptive during our stay. The hosts were very helpful & responsive while we were on island. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly return for a future stay. Mahalo!

We have stayed on Kauai for over 15 years and hands-down, this is the most amazing property we have stayed in (even considering the houses we’ve stayed at in Kukui’ula). We were two families traveling together (four adults and 3 kids ages 9-12) and the layout of this house was perfect. One thing we really appreciated was the dual masters. It often seems like one family would get a lesser bedroom (queen instead of a king, small bathroom, etc) but both masters in this house are phenomenal. Then of course there’s the pool! Spacious and I think 8 feet deep (!), we all had so much fun jumping in over and over. The garage game room was a huge hit and a great way to keep kids off screens in their downtime. House decor was so nice, and we wanted for nothing. Incredibly well stocked. We absolutely will stay in this house again…and we’ve never repeated a house so that shows how special this one is!

Property is more beautiful than the pictures. Owners were very responsive. Very clean and well stocked with everything. Pool and hot tub was great. Great view of golf course and mountains.

We had such a relaxing time, it really was like home away from home! The house was beautiful! We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub and even barbecued a few meals to take advantage of the beautiful warm Kauai nights. The house had everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was even more beautiful than in the listing. The house provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The attention to detail in the home was far more than expected. It’s the little thoughtful things that mean the most like extra sunscreen and paper towels. The pool and hot tub was delightful. The game room was a hit and the patio was amazing. There is so much to do on the island. If I could recommend anything it would be to download one of the driving tour apps, so worth it. We used Shaka GPS tour. Takes you to places that you would not find on your own from hidden beaches to local restaurants. We can’t wait to visit again. Mahalo

We stayed 7 nights with parents, my husband and I, and our boys (ages 21 & 19). It was perfect in every sense for every generation from the 4 beautiful bedrooms with space to spread out to a huge area to gather together for meals or a late night card game or the NBA finals on the big screen TV (Way to go Nuggets!). Every detail was thought of by the owners! They even showed us how to pipe Hawaiian radio through the entire home. The home has a beautiful pool and hot tub that heats up quickly and has lights after dark. The garage has been transformed to satisfy all of our game needs with more options than we would ever need. The garage closet is stocked with everything you'll need for the beach. We loved the chairs for watching the gorgeous sunsets on Poipu Beach! There were turtles that frequent the beach around sunset. What a spectacular time! On the lanai was a comfortable seating area, a huge table and chairs, and an amazing BBQ and outdoor kitchen! All of this overlooks the golf course which is beautifully maintained. Inside was a great room, eating area, and the fully-stocked kitchen. Downstairs outside the shared bathroom was an outdoor shower that was something out of the movies. It was the perfect place for us in a great location close to Poipu and Koloa and a short drive to Waimea Canyon and Lihue. Everything is well-maintained and high quality. The owners were very responsive, personable, and care that you have a wonderful time!! Mahalo, Nicole!!

We loved everything about the home. Great location, 5 min from beaches, shopping and groceries and easy drive to many excursions. Beautiful and new, it was perfectly organized and had everything you need. Game room and shuffleboard are great additions!

This is a new home that is beautifully decorated! Everything we needed and more was available. The owners were amazing to help with any questions we had during our stay. The pool,spa and beautiful 2nd floor patio was where we loved hanging out. The house is on a golf course. No one in our party golfs but it's a beautiful setting. Would definitely love to stay there again.

What an amazing place! It was absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts were amazing and helpful and the house is gorgeous. Everything we could have wanted or needed was in the house. We had so much fun at the pool/hot tub and the game room. It was nice and quiet right on the golf course and very close to the beach. I would 100 percent recommend this house for your stay. We will be back!

Our family had such a wonderful trip to Kauai and this house was the main reason! This is a very new house and well taken care of. We made sure to also take care of the house and treat with care. Loved the neighborhood and just beautiful! We had an excellent stay at this property over Spring Break 2023. The home feels brand new and everything is very clean. All of the items you would want and need in a vacation home are here! The kids had a blast in the pool and game room and the house is very comfortable. Perfect for two families to vacation together as there are two primary suites. The access to the Athletic Club was another great bonus. The property is close to all the Poipu shops and beaches. Host is very responsive and the property is well cared for, highly recommend!

This property is everything it's advertised to be, which is rare in my experience with VRBO's. The house is well maintained, stocked with everything you need, and the pool, hot tub, and game room make it fun even if the weather isn't fully cooperating like it did for part of our stay.

The owners were super responsive and did everything they could to make our trip feel as if it was the only one that mattered to them. The house was spotless and accurate to the listing description. We had some heavy rains during our stay, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the game room and pool. I highly recommend staying here!

This is the first property that was actually as clean as the reviews read. Close to Poipu Beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. Owners were quick to replace living room tv when it stopped working. Actually did it the same day. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was early check out, but I knew that when I booked.

Clean, quiet, new comfortable home on gold course. Excellent for families with well equipped game room. Well decorated with high end appliances and appointed kitchen.

This beautiful property overwhelms us. The amenities went beyond what was listed. For example, we needed to print out some registration forms for the VRBO for the following week. I found a WiFi-enabled printer, with paper (and ink), that met our unexpected need. Being less digitally-connected than some, we struggled to figure our the audio system. The hosts were quick to respond with the information we needed to access the audio features. We and our adult kids enjoyed the game room, the pool and jacuzzi, the boogie-boards, and the shuffleboard. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and dishes. The Cuisinart waffle-maker worked perfectly. The location, the property, and the hosts are all wonderful. Five starts, all the way!

An impressive meticulously maintained home with every amenity one could want for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. Between the pool and hot tub and the very well stocked game room the kids will be entertained rain or shine. The second floor lanai provides beautiful views of the golf course in the backyard and mountains behind it. The crowing of the roosters will remind you that in this property you are “King of the Roost”.

We had the best trip staying at this house. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood (except for the chickens 😁). It’s a 2 mns drive to Poipu beach, 5 mns to downtown Koloa, 30mns to wailua river…. It is a beautiful house, perfect for adults and kids… We used the pool and the game room everyday…. There are beach toys, surf boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and much for available for guests to use and enjoy….. The host, Nicole, was the easiest to get a hold of and to talk to ( we had 1 issue during our stay and got resolved ASAP)… I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house, we will definitely stay there again next time we visit… Also, the photos don’t do it justice, it’s was more awesome than it looks :)

Amazing, comfortable and accommodating home. The view and location are great. The house is very well appointed with towels, beach toys and chairs/umbrellas,; excellent kitchen appliances and outdoor kitchen, and ample paper goods,. We had a blast playing the games in the game room and even held a family mini Olympics. . The golf course is beautiful and my son in law enjoyed playing the course. Nice outdoor shower to get sand off. Our highlight was the swimming pool. It's so pretty and the temperature is perfect, particularly with the inclusive spa. Our whole family loved playing in the pool and were mesmerized by the changing lights at night. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

The house was beautiful! Just like the pictures. The pool and game room were were great, too. Many nice amenities. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

My family of four, including two teenagers, stayed at Nicole's residence for the week and we all agreed it was the best rental home we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). If you're looking for a private location with golf course access on the south side, look no further. We were minutes from beautiful Poipu Beach and conveniently located to food and shopping. Every review of Nicole's home is spot-on so book with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

This property is newer, but carefully maintained and in a cul-de-sac. It was in perfect condition with everything we needed to cook at home and play around the island. You will be amazed at the level of organization for everything in this house. The clean pool is nice and deep, along with a hot tub that quickly heats. We loved how the entire back wall of the living room opened up to expand the space even further into the large covered patio. While we were in the house during the day, we left the doors and windows open to take in the comfortable trade winds but the A/C units were thoughtfully placed throughout the house and mostly used at night to quickly cool down and remove any humidity. We have a family of 6 and all of our kids had their own beds to sleep in without the use of any couches or pull out beds. The garage is loaded with games that we used every day. You will not be disappointed by bringing your family or friends to this house. Please be sure to take good care of it, we will book it again. Mahalo!
