Beautiful clean home, perfect vacation for the family.

This home is great and exceeded my expectations.

This was the most accurately described and pictured condo I have ever rented. The pictures were up to date so you could see what the condo looks like now not 20 years ago! The large common area was great for the family to gather including the large table for dining. The amenities provided were wonderful. Your every need was clearly planned.

Claire quickly responded to our questions and provided information about the nearby services and a variety of dining choices. Check in and out was easy.

Would highly recommend this place. Claire was a delightful, responsible property manager: easy to communicate with and very helpful.

as advertised; nice place; king room very nice; queens are smaller than look in photos; no problem that elevator out of order; there in November and street floods for 4 hours at certain high tides; had highest ever while we there, so could not drive out for the 4 hours, but fun to look at the results from porch. Nice neighbors.

The house was very clean and beautiful and the owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. The walk to the beach was just around the corner. My family enjoyed our getaway so much!

Claire’s Beach Flat is very attractive and comfortable with large bedrooms and modern kitchen/bathrooms. Great light and views of the canal. The host is great, and checking in and out are a breeze. The beach is not a far walk at all, but there are no sidewalks and the road is busy. Honestly that is the only downside to this rental and not really a big deal if you don’t have small kids to keep in tow on the way. It’s super close to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly return.

It is better then advertised. Short walk to the beach, beautiful porches to sit on and have family time, close to all attractions, and the pictures don’t do it justice.

We rented this property for our first whole family summer beach trip in 15 years. We were fortunate enough to snag this rental right after the listing went live, and I’m so glad we did. It was hard to find a good quality, close to the beach, actually available rental! Claire was so accommodating and allowed us to go slightly over max capacity (we had two toddlers not sleeping in beds) so we could make this work. She responded quickly to our messages and seems like a genuinely nice person. The condo is spacious, well furnished, and efficient. Little touches like a first aid kit in the bathroom (which came in handy!) and the welcome guide made it even better. We especially loved game nights around the giant dining table, the easy walk to the beach, and the canal view from the deck. We spent a lot of time out on that deck watching storms roll in and sunset over the canal view - I appreciated that there was plenty of comfortable seating on the deck for everyone in our party. The only thing we missing having access to was cable/satellite tv as we missed a few games that would have been fun to watch as a family, but that was a minor thing (to clarify, there is tv available through a fire stick I believe, just not traditional cable/satellite and we didn’t want to put our account passwords in a tv we didn’t own). Overall, this was a great spot for our family to come together and make some incredible memories. 💙

Beautifully decorated and very clean! As listed it is situated close to a public access and near the boardwalk and restaurants. Owner is quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Claire’s Beach Flat. Claire answered all our questions promptly and condo was just as described. The condo was incredibly clean, beds and pillows comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Short walk to beach where kids and adults boogie boarded the waves to exhaustion. Neighbors were great. Boardwalk was fun. We will definitely be back to make more memories! Thank you Claire!
