This was our 3rd stay here at this beautiful, spacious condo. It’s a pleasure to vacation here year after year and know exactly what we are getting when we book. It is exceptionally clean, and well stocked, and truly feels like our "home away from home." Kathy is a wonderful and thoughtful host, and is always quick to respond to my correspondence. Please feel free to read my other 2 reviews from 2022 and 2023 for details of my previous stays. Thank you Kathy for another enjoyable stay!

Place was spacious, clean and close to Story Land. My kids appreciated the toys, roomy loft and wonderful views. My only suggestion for the owner is that the day bed have a new mattress (was very uncomfortable for the child on in) and clearer communication regarding removing the trash. We thought the instructions meant the key was at the dumpster and then had to turn back around. All in all, a great place to stay!

The house was very cozy, clean, and had all the comforts of home. Went for the weekend with my family before both kids start college next week. The host was great at communicating quickly and thought of everything a guest could need. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Condo was as described in the listing, very clean, very comfortable, lovely views of the mountains. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay, we especially enjoyed eating together at the breakfast nook. We all had comfy sleeps and reads on the couch. The place is practically walking distance to Story Land, but it's an hour drive to Santa's Village. We would definitely stay again!

We chose this place because of the proximity to Storyland, but overall it was a great place to stay for a few nights. We were pleasantly surprised how fully stocked this unit was. We found anything we could have needed. The place was clean and worked perfectly for mixed family members with some smaller children.

The unit was beautiful !!! Very well kept , clean and modern , all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of space to sprawl out for our softball tournament with a couple of the girls teammates !! We will certainly be back !

This was our 2nd stay here at this beautiful, spacious condo, and I hope to return again next year. The condo is exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. My family and I even enjoyed staying in one day when it snowed. It was so cozy watching the snow fall, with a beautiful view of the mountains and a warm fire. There are lots of winter activities in the area, and we also enjoyed visiting the nearby aquarium which is located next door to Storyland. Thank you Kathleen, for hosting us again!

The house is wonderful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Kathy is a great host. It is well furnished & clean. The views of the mountains from the balcony and the living room is beautiful. It is very close to North Conway and all the main attractions in the White Mountains area. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay over July 4th weekend. Everything you’d need is in the kitchen. Does not have central air, but loft and master bedroom have wall available units. Other bedroom (without air) got too hot to use for sleeping. Loft ac, master ac on full blast and living room ceiling fan on helped cool the majority of the condo. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Beautiful Unit, Incredible Views!
We've been vacationing at Christmas Mt. for several years and love the area, and the beautiful mountain views. It's close to restaurants and ski areas which is a big plus. There is also a small sledding area beside the condo for kids, which my 9 year old granddaughter really enjoyed. We loved Kathy's personal decorative touch throughout the unit, and it was exceptionally clean, and well stocked, which is very important to us. It really made it feel like our "home away from home." Kathy was quick to answer any questions I had and was very helpful. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future. Thank you Kathy, for making our stay a pleasant one!

Home away from home.
Great condo to stay at! Kathleen did a great job at tastefully decorating her condo. Also, I must say that for some like myself who likes to cook, I found the kitchen to be extremely well appointed with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Kathleen was easy to contact and deal with. Our plans changed and wanted to go up a night early do to the incoming weather and she was more than accommodating. Amazing Getaway!
We've stayed in this area many times before, and this rental was hands down the best place we've ever stayed in! The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable, you can tell a lot of work and care has been put into it and making renters feel like they're at home. The location was perfect as well, not directly in the hustle and bustle of North Conway but close enough when you wanted to go into town. We'll definitely keep this place in mind when we want to make another trip up north!

Relaxing Fall Foliage weekend
We stayed for a long weekend at the end of October. The views from the condo were great and the foliage was still looking lovely. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and was in a great location for hiking and exploring the outdoors. Communication with Kathy the owner was very easy and we'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay
Christmas Mountain is an amazing place to enjoy this fantastic part of NH. This property is recently renovated and renovated well. The owners did a great job at updating the unit while keeping it’s rustic charm. We will absolutely rent here again in the future and would highly recommend it!

A very nice stay
Kathy was a lovely host, and the condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view and convenient location, both to story land and the complex clubhouse. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and we were pleased to find everything we could possibly need. The host prepared for children with a pack and play, high chair, and baby gates for the staircase. I would caution bringing a toddler even with the provided gates- our 16 month old can fit through the railings on the stairs and loft so we had to rearrange furniture to block it off completely. She figured out how to move the gate as it wasn’t easily secured. The condo does not have air conditioning. We were aware of this when we booked and ample fans were provided, but they were no match for a heat wave. It did get very warm during multiple very hot days in a row.
