Great grounds pool and restaurant

Got ripped off because I change my dates by one day, doubled the price and tried to blame booking.com. Pure greed!

It was older style but well maintained and clean. Good water pressure in shower and food was amazing, would recommend

The gauze door didn’t lock and no stairs to get to top bunk, no problem for the kids though.

I liked the fact that the pool was right outside our door.

Room smelt, upon entry. Not enough toiletries for 3 people 1 small tube of shampoo, 1 of conditioner and 1 of shower gel is not enough for 3 people having a shower each day. Bathroom very shabby with water damaged. Room and bathroom had dirty marks on the walls. Power went off when I opened the microwave door (staff promptly fixed this) Conflicting information "no cooking", but it was advertised as a room with kitchenette and frying pan was supplied. I dared not turn on the jug to make a coffee after that. Tv was lagging due to very poor wifi. The pool had a dirty scum mark around the whole perimeter. Pathways were very slippery to walk on. Hole in the veranda near the steps could prove to be very hazardous at night if not seen.

Cabin was basically clean, air conditioning worked well, plus a fan which we appreciated. It was handy to have the restaurant on site. Parking was good. Out of CBD, but a good location on the road to Katherine Gorge.

The cabin was very old and dated. Our bathroom was outside, but not shared.

The park is in a lovely nature setting.

The cabins are very basic and don't have any atmosphere.

We were advised to stay at knotts because it was out of town. Restaurant and breakfast were great.

Our room had worn beds, dripping shower and damaged bathroom door and it was not cheap…

Nice resort! Check in and out very quick and all orgenised as requested, room was great, nice to have a proper clean bathroom. Towels changed every day and bed made every day. Safe and quiet.

Did not have parking in front of rooms which created a little argument with neighbours, but not a big issue. A few plates and more cuttlery in the room would have helped us. Very pleased with staff. More Vegan options in the restaurant are welcome.

TV didnt work and the staff couldn’t care less: “this is how it is in Katherine” Room was comfy but bathroom filthy. We still had a good time

Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

light switch for the bathroom didn’t work properly very dangerous. shower hot water was scolding as soon as you turned it on very dangerous. Fan was coming detached off the ceiling looked unsafe and about to fall off. Extremely dusty everywhere.
