Overall this property was lovely, with updated decor. The number one reason to book this property is to be close to the beach with ocean views, which were fantastic. All of the furniture inside and out was comfy. There was strong water pressure in the showers. We were looking for a blender to make smoothies, but we ended up buying an inexpensive one, which we took to the next rental. There were a few minor issues common to Florida rentals such as difficulty opening the doorwall because of salt spray on the track, (which we forgot to report to management), and hearing some sounds from other units. There were no bugs to deal with though. We did smell smoke in our unit several times from a person outside smoking on their deck in the building right behind our unit- when we had no windows open- which was weird. Maybe it was because it was so windy and the vents on the roof kept flapping open and closed. I don't think that there is anything that anyone could do about that though. We didn't use the pool area because of the weather, but were surprised that it looked smaller in person than in photos. Over all it was a good choice to stay here.

Great location a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach! The pool was heated and nice to swim in when the beach was too cold. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen and rest of the condo was stocked well. Very good water pressure for showers. The location was also great with shops and restaurants very close. Could walk to restaurants and an awesome ice cream shop! Lovely to drive along the coast and explore. Lots to do in the area and the Tampa airport is wonderful too. Would definitely stay in this condo again!.

My sister and I booked this unit for our annual "Sister Get-Away" trip and we were absolutely thrilled with the beach and the accommodations. The unit was so clean....really clean! It was tastefully decorated and we were left with enough supplies to get our vacation off to a great start. We were very happy with the entire experience, and Sue was great to work with throughout the booking process. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful beach!

Everything was well thought out, including clening supplies, laundry detergrnt, and fluffy white towels. The location is hard to beat, 100 feet from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless again this year and the beds are very comfortable. Would love it if the shower heads had adjustable pressure and the if the toilet seat in the master was replaced with one that actually fit the toilet but those just little items that would make this perfect. We will stay here if it available when we vacation to Florida next time.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for the week. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a fantastic bakery. The beach was not crowded. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

If you would like to spend time right on the ocean, with convenience , and a homey feel, this is the place for you. Walking down the stairs and out of the garage, puts you right on the beach; therefore, I went everyday! This location puts you close to great places to tour, including Pier 60, John's Pass, and St. Pete's beach to name a few. The actual rooms didn't feel too foreign and felt comfortable to relax in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to see the ocean, and explore Tampa.

When our long-standing Management Rental facility was bought by a larger rental company, we left them. This is our first year working with Long Key Vacation. They did a great job. Our AC actually stopped working and they had someone there the next day and repaired. We have booked already for the 2022 year.
