Cottage absolutely beautiful! Right on lake with sandy beach. 5 bedrooms so lots of room. All necessary items to cook ect. Fabulous, clean cottage. My husband & I had a wonderful time. Thank you John

John's house met our needs perfectly. We were blessed with beautiful weather. The cottage is very well equipped and and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The small room off the kitchen was great for those in the party that needed to be "working from home". We are able to make good use of the 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boats. Sitting around the fire pit in the evenings looking at the stars is a memory we will all treasure. John was very helpful and accommodating . The goodies left in the fridge was a nice a touch.

This cottage stay was everything you could hope for. A home away from home. Clean, warm, spacious and beautiful. The hosts were top notch and the location was perfect. We will be back!

This home was our families little paradise for the family weekend. Perfectly decorated, super clean, so many little extras that you don't always get like hot chocolate, tea, kitchen spices, games, throw blankets, etc. The rooms were spacious, with gorgeous linens, and nice big closets. We loved the downstairs stove and every second in that warm home! The host was quick to reply and lovely to deal with!

Our family spent an amazing January weekend at John’s cottage. He was able to accommodate us on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Everything was taken care of and ready when we arrived. The driveway and walkway to the door were cleared of snow. We walked into a toasty warm home which was wonderful considering the very low temps outside. The home is bigger than it appears outside. It was spotless and organized and had everything we needed. We just had to bring food and our personal items. We were even greeted with some much-appreciated beverages when we arrived! The home is well taken care of and up to date and we felt comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully stocked including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels which was great. We all thought the beds were very comfy and nice quality bedding was provided. It was very nice to not have to bring bedding and towels with us. Paper products for the bathroom were provided as well. There were plenty of games, a foosball table and television to keep us entertained inside. The backyard was amazing with a fire pit and chairs, full view of the lake and a ready to use ice rink! It was so quiet when stepping outside and just very relaxing. The location of this home is great. Just about a 20-minute drive to Huntsville or Bracebridge and so easy to get to all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent winter cottage experience. Our kids had a blast skating on the rink John had constructed, and then warming up by the fire, playing games. Thank you!

My friends and I booked John's cottage for a week and we loved every minute of it. John was a great host and was always quick to respond to communications. The home itself is spacious and has multiple bedrooms shared nicely across 2 floors to allow for privacy. The backyard is large for a range of outdoor sports and activities and the hammocks are a perfect addition! The beachfront is a real treat for kids or anyone looking to lounge on the sand, and the dock with muskoka chairs was a perfect way to relax and watch the sunset. I highly recommend booking this property and we'll definitely be back!

We spent a week here in August and had a wonderful time. The house was nice and spacious and had all the utensils/amenities we needed. Beautiful view of 3 mile Lake

Great location! Our kids enjoyed the sandy beach a lot. Lake is beautiful and the cottage has ample room for our family.
