The condo was as advertised. Great views and right off 151 close to a ton of winery's. Our hosts were so easy to work with. The condo was fully stocked and well appointed. My wife and I are considering going back the spring of 2024. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vista Villa! We have stayed at a lot VRBO locations and this was definitely 5+ stars. The owners attention to detail is incredible which means you have everything you could possibly need and more. The quality of furnishings and utensils/glasses etc is top notch. You really feel like you’re at a friends house. Also, Rebecca went out of her way to help us with recommendations and it made our stay even better! Everything was just SO easy! It was fun and relaxing. HIGHLY recommend and we hope to get back soon.

This is the second time we have been here and it was everything we remembered and more! A quiet area with beautiful views. Decorated nicely! We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and well stocked! We enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

The property was well maintained. Our biggest disappointment was that on our last 2 days there, work was being done on the unit below us. Work started at 7:45 am and lasted all day, on our last full day. Thus day was to have been our day to relax and rest after being busy earlier in our stay. It was noisy, the workmen smoked so it was unpleasant to sit on our balcony. In Addition, they played music we did not want to hear.

My husband and I enjoyed the perfect weekend in Wintergreen. The condo exceeded our expectations in all areas. The sunsets we experienced each evening were just amazing. Absolutely recommend this condo for others looking to get away.

We stayed at Sunset Vista, along with another couple, while attending a wedding at Wintergreen. The photos do not do this little place justice..it was super clean, cozy and very comfortable. Rebecca was always very timely with getting back to us when we had a question. The furnishings were great…the beds very comfy and we especially enjoyed spending so much time on the lovely balcony which overlooked the valley. It was the perfect spot for having coffee and breakfast, as well as afternoon happy hours with wine and charcuterie! There was ample seating for the four of us as well as tables and cushions (that were also kept nice and dry in a storage case). We would only suggest maybe adding some platters, small serving bowls and spreaders for those who would like to enjoy appetizers or snacks! We appreciated the nice selection of (good) wine glasses and a great variety of Keurig pods. Thanks Rebecca and Matt! We hope to return!

We were not provided the access code for entry until the day of arrival and I had to reach out to the owner to obtain the exact address of the condo. Maybe that’s done for security reasons, but it makes planning / coordinating a vacation a little bit tougher.

Clean and well located condo.

My husband and I and another couple stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful condo. Everything from booking to checking out went well. We arrived to the condo after a long day to a complimentary bottle of wine, a nice welcome note and a beautiful sunset. The condo is very nicely decorated, has 2 very comfortable king bedrooms with nice linens, has a nice balcony with comfy chairs with new cushions and a heat lamp, and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and coffee and tea and spices and oil. The owners have really made an effort to make sure your trip goes smoothly. There are tennis and pickleball within walking distance, pools, restaurants and a small market at the resort. Down the mountain there is endless hiking, a lot of breweries, distilleries and fun restaurants and of course there is skiing in the winter. I highly recommend this condo for comfort, views, and a wonderful base for your vacation!

Wonderful stay. Property was very clean and had a beautiful sunset view. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the balcony and the bottle of wine left for us. It was also easy access to Charlottesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Skyline Drive.

My elderly parents and I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's condo! The unit was on the main level so it was easy for them to access, however, it should be noted that there are two small sets of steps to navigate to get up to the building from the parking area if that's important to you. The interior space is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We sat on the deck for hours taking in the views and enjoying the company of hummingbirds and juncos. The sunset was stunning and the night sky equally beautiful! We cooked our meals in the condo and were able to find all the kitchen utensils/ supplies necessary. Coffee and tea was provided with creamer cups in the fridge. Spray oil and basic spices were in the cabinets. Each room has its own bathroom which was nice for privacy. There were extra pillows and blankets available. The beds were comfortable. Rebecca was a quick and kind communicator. We honestly did NOT want to leave this space! Do not hesitate to select this space for your next getaway!

I booked this property for a quick getaway with family that were in town for a few days. We were all very impressed with the property when we arrived. The condo was as described, clean and comfortable and included all the amenities needed. The view was beautiful and it was located close to the breweries that we were visiting. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time the Sunsets were spectacular, and we also enjoyed watching the Hummingbirds. We set on the sect every night enjoying the views.

Sunset Vista Villa was perfect for us! The villa was very well stocked for a comfortable stay. The wood burni g fireplace and heater on balcony were great. Plenty of warm and soft throw blankets for relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the condo felt private. The view is spectacular!! We enjoyed the Nelson 151 winery and brewery route on Saturday and Wintergreen golf and spa Sunday. We would definitely stay here again!!

Such a wonderful weekend! Our hosts anticipated all our needs, communicated vital information prior to arrival, and provided a cozy mountain retreat for us. Accessible firewood, cozy beds and linens, everything needed kitchen-wise, and lovely decor set the perfect backdrop to celebrate time with friends. Grateful!!

We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this stay. From great communication with host, a guide book provided before we even left for our trip, easy entry and, most importantly - a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped condo. We will certainly be back!

This condo is absolutely perfect, especially for 2 couples, having 2 masters with king beds and private baths. The amenities are abundant, everything we could possibly need. Rebecca was the perfect host, answering every question I had almost immediately. And oh the amazing sunsets! We will definitely return.

We only stayed one night but had a wonderful experience made possible by our host Rebecca. The condo sits on top of the mountain at one of the highest spots in the resort with beautiful views! Every amenity we could ever need was provided.

This condo was perfect for two couples. We spent most of our time on the balcony because the view was amazing. I’m a sucker for a sunset and could not have asked for a better view of the sun setting over the mountains. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and provided everything we could have needed. I highly recommend this condo!

This is the perfect place to stay with kids or friends. I had an amazing weekend with my kids and we enjoyed the view and the ease of getting back and forth to the resort.

The location and house were just perfect. Even loved the complimentary coffee. Communication on the arrival/departure was a bit delayed but I think the owner had a lot going on at this time. Wished we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities.
