We stayed a week and had a great time. It’s a great jumping off point north of Asheville and is particularly close to the river arts district. The owner was nice enough to show us her new yard and give us a little information about them; otherwise we didn’t really notice them beyond here and there in flowers, so no big concern if they aren’t going to bee your thing 😁. The only word of warning is the drive is steep and gravel; we had a 4x4 so no worry, but a RWD with sporty tires would possibly be slidey or otherwise exciting.

We had a wonderful stay. Rebecca was super communicative and helpful and we loved the the cabin/location. Thank you! We will definitely return.

Just Bee is a lovely cabin on the outskirts of Asheville tucked away up Idlewild Cove Trail. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a very well stocked cupboard with all the essentials and more. The location was peaceful and quiet. The host, Rebecca, was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

The cabin was adorable and so clean - looked like it was brand new! Our host provided great information on things to do, hikes and places to eat before we arrived which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at the bee house. Our host called a few hours before check in to let us know that the canon was ready. As others had reviewed, the cabin was spotless. If we had questions, Rebecca was incredibly quick to respond and make sure that we were happy. We also enjoyed the personal tour of the pollinators gardens. As first time visitors, Rebecca helped us to understand the best things to do in that region. We were close to so many interesting excursions, art exhibits, fine restaurants, and especially the Biltmore.

The house was so cute and perfect for our Mom/daughter/dog vacation. They house was clean and well stocked with necessities. We hiked a lot with the dog during the day and would play cards after dinner at home. Favorite restaurants were taste of Jerusalem and Pearl Thai.

This cabin was so cozy and well maintained. So quiet and serene. The owner has it very well stocked of items you may need for cooking. Cabin was squeeky clean. Highly recommend!

We were impressed with the property from the minute we walked in. We’ve never stayed in a place that was so well supplied and laid out. The location was secluded enough to be quiet yet it only took a few minutes to get into Asheville for sightseeing. You didn’t need to leave if you didn’t want to. It was a great long weekend.

Great getaway just minutes from shopping and downtown.

Cozy, clean & quiet with great care of detail. This place had all amenities needed for our stay and was brand new. Good beds, great linens, and clever additions of the “JustBee” theme. Very comfortable. Good access to area attractions and shopping.

This lovely, clean, serene cabin was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. Close to everything in the area but still in a woodsy location we had the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

My husband and I, along with our two miniature dachshunds, one blind, spent five cozy night in this lovely cabin. When we stepped inside, we thought we must have been the first people who had ever stayed in the cabin. It looked brand new. It is also exceptionally clean, and unbelievably well stocked. I love to cook and was surprised to find in the pantry rice vinegar in the exact brand I use. I also buy a certain Japanese brand soy sauce and it was in the pantry as well. I’m happy when I rent a place for a few nights just to find salt and pepper. This cabin will exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful to have been able to bring the pups with us. They made themselves right at home eating from the bowls which were provided for them. My only regret about my stay is that mama bear and cubs did not pay us a visit. Maybe next time. Five stars.

The cabin itself is very clean and nice inside. Very well furnished and well stocked with amenities. Our only disappointment was the lack of a “yard” and no fire pit. It needs a little work…owner very nice. Overall stay was nice and it is very peaceful and quiet. Close to Asheville and Biltmore Estate. MJ

The month of August spent at this delightful cabin. Plenty of turkeys, rabbits and squirrels and easy access to downtown Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, dining, galleries . . . just an excellent location . . . although we did miss seeing the bear so we will have to return.

Our stay was lovely…just not long enough! Thank you to our warm host and her magical cottage! We hope to return soon. Our cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. At times it felt like we were staying in beautiful tree house…❤️

Had a nice stay in this sweet little cabin for fathers day weekend with our family. Just outside the downtown area but a short drive from all the sites and quiet enough at night for a young family. The host gave tons of suggestions for restaurants and hikes and activities that were helpful.

An amazing cabin! Comfortably stocked. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Two places to dog walk. Despite some rainy weather, we had a great time. The owner is very caring of the guest’s experience. Highly recommend this property.

This property is an absolute gem. All details were as described in the listing and the cabin was a peaceful refuge close to all that Asheville has to offer. It was easy to communicate with the hostess before and during the trip, and the cabin was clean and well-prepared for our visit. We especially enjoyed the covered porch where we listened to birds and watched the antics of squirrels. We also enjoyed visiting Rebecca's honeybees and appreciated all the artistry of the property. We enjoyed visiting waterfalls and hiking trails in the mornings, and returning to the comfort of the cabin every afternoon. We would highly recommend this property (would give more than 5 stars if possible!) to anyone looking for a quiet getaway--and we will definitely be planning a return trip. Thank you to Rebecca for providing such a beautiful home away from home for our family.

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed in Just BEE Log Cabin in late spring. Not only was the cabin spotless on our arrival, it proved to be in an excellent location for both hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway trails and exploring Asheville in all directions. We never felt far from any destination, and there were several walking trails within a five minute drive for a quick dog walk. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very nicely decorated, spacious, everything organized, kitchen was updated and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin, good location. Only concern was Sadie, a small dog that lives on the property. She would bark non-stop from 5:30am - 10am so that would cut into sleep if you're a light sleeper.

We loved our stay at the Bee Cabin! Everything was so comfortable, the cabin was fully stocked with all that we needed. It’s close to downtown Asheville and we even found a great park for our daughter to play at nearby. Rebecca is a great host, provided all the info we needed and was very accommodating. Our dog also loved playing with Sadie! We will be staying here anytime we go to Asheville.
