Everything! The place is close to the beach(beach view from the terrace) and close to the center (few minutes walk) Parking off street available. Amazing welcome from the host and super breakfast in the morning.highly recommend!

The place is easy to find and easy to find a parking station. The room was in front of the sea. we were 3mn waking distance from the beach. The room was not big but perfect for the stay big balcony,nice and very clean bathroom and beds. Water was even available. Nicolas was so nice and so helpful that we could not expect better. He even made the reservation for a restaurant which was really good and called for a boat to make the ila dino tour. I would definitely recommend him for his kindness that you can see on his face. breakfast is Italian with good coffee.

Friendly & helpful host Nicola and staff made us feel very welcome & comfortable. Good breakfast - Italian croissants & sweet stuff with espresso coffee - of course! Spacious room recently nicely decorated with comfy bed. Great bathroom. Everything worked, spotlessly clean, nothing broken. Smart TV. Plenty of power sockets to charge electronics. Roomy balcony with view to sea and drying rack. Easy on-street parking (end September) and less than 5 minutes walk to Praia centre.

The fridge and activity in corridor was a bit noisy sometimes
