Only issue was the ants in the kitchen. Otherwise it is a wonderful property.

There were 7 of us that stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question about the wifi. The location of the condo is great as it's on a resort and there's several pools, a beach area, a golf course ans a resteraunt. There's a pool that's a quick walk away. Everything else is walkable but it's easier/quicker to drive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids ages 17 - 22) had a wonderful time at Villa Bonita in Rio Grande. The house is on a resort. Access to a nice strip of palm tree-lined beach with free use of loungers and the swimming pool was very nice. The house was perfectly clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved using the large kitchen table for family dinners and game nights. Large beach towels were available for use. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer. The property is located on a gated community, close to El Yunque and Luquillo. Home owner Eduardo responded promptly to any questions we had, but there was not much communication needed with the house being in a great condition. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend staying here.

The only discomfort was the sofas they in need of help. Everything else was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

This home was great! Had everything we needed to get started. Was fairly clean, no bugs or flies, and we only saw 1 single lizard during our entire stay. Air conditioners worked great and we were comfortable at all times. Water pressure in the showers could be better but it gets the job done. The resort grounds are impeccable, the beach is gorgeous full of soft sand, and the pool is a bonus. There is a stray cat issue and they hang out everywhere trying to get scraps, but they weren't mean or anything. There are quite a few stairs to get in and out of the villa. This was only an issue for my mother who is disabled, but she managed okay. This place has everything you need, is way better than a hotel, and is conveniently close to the rainforest, snorkeling, and other activities. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly to questions. I would definitely stay here again, loved it! Thank you for having us!

The property is exactly as advertised and suited our family of parents and adult children well. Communication with the owner was clear & rapid. The condo was clean, comfortable and has A/C and a beach cooler & towels. We used the community pools & beach (lots of natural shade at beach), spent a couple hours at the Wyndham Casino, hiked El Yunque (educate yourself about ticket process), took a fun power boat snorkel / beach day trip to Culebra, took a day trip to Old San Juan & Pork Highway, and had easy access to leave our Enterprise rental car at the Wyndham and arrange for a taxi to Ceiba ferry to Vieques for the rest of our trip (educate yourself about ferry tickets). We ate twice at resort (lunch at pool shack was fine, skip the $$$ breakfast buffet), but we mostly ate at local places outside the resort. Since we were busy, we did not cook at condo but we would have had we stayed longer.

Easy check in, very clean. The villa had everything we needed and we felt completely at home. Kitchen was perfect for cooking our mahi mahi fillets caught on an offshore charter. Villa beach pool was gorgeous and a short under ten min walk. We will look forward to returning!

The villa was clean and beds were comfortable. Communications with the host and check-in were easy. He even gave us a good recommendation for restaurant for take out near the villa when we were so hungry after traveling all day. We enjoyed the beach and pool at the beach club. We used the pools/hot tubs and tiki-bar restaurants at the hotel. The location of Rio Mar is great for day trips around the area, driving was easy around there. I highly recommend this property.

The place was very nice and spacious. The house was a little dated according to american standards. It was exactly what we needed. Eduardo was a pleassure to deal with and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

Great villa with plenty of room to spread out. The communication with the host was very easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really great time. The host was exceptional and we absolutely loved the beach. I would highly recommend this location. I also recommend renting a golf cart or car. We did not and I wish we had. My only very small complaint is that the kitchen needed some tidying. I ended up cleaning the counters and utensil drawers the night we arrived because they were dirty (crumbs, debris). But overall we had a splendid time and are already planning our return trip to Puerto Rico.

Eduardo was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. There were plenty of beds for all in our group and the location was a close walk to both pools and the beach. Wish they had beach chairs available for guest to take to the beach. Other than that it was a pretty solid place. Perry

What are the three magic words in Real Estate, LOCATION....LOCATION....LOCATION. This is exactly what this place has, the perfect location (in our opinion) for a relaxing vacation in Puerto Rico. First, the overall location, the property is on the grounds of the Wyndham Resort. To protect the privacy of the owner we wont disclose the Exact Villa Number, but where it is marked on the VRBO map is exactly where it is at. Its set into the hillside overlooking the golf courses and the back patio's look off to the east and when the trade winds are blowing you open up the condo for a lovely cross breeze. It does have AC units in every room. "The Rio Mar Clusters Beach Club" is what is available for the guest to use. Easy walk out to the beach area where there are loungers available to use and the pool. While we were there on the weekends the Resort actually sells food and has a bar available to purchase food/Drinks but we just brought our own. Can you walk there ... yes, 5-10 minutes downhill, however, you have to walk back up the hill. Our suggestion: Drive your car, or rent the golf cart SO WORTH IT. You can also use Cluster 2 Pool and Gazebo area. we went and looked at it and its clean, nice.... but if you have a pool by a beach and the ocean, why go there? ;-). It is available though and looked lovely we just didn’t use it. The unit is very spacious and is stocked with all the basic amenities to make you comfortable and to prepare meals (bowls, platters, glasses, utensils of all sorts, microwave etc). It does have a charcoal BBQ. Beds were comfortable and will sleep as many as advertised but keep in mind there are only two bathrooms. COMMUNICATION could not have been better. The owner was very responsive and very open and honest, top notch. I would highly recommend this property for a PR vacation. Centrally located for easy drive to sights and away from hustle and bustle of San Juan. We would DEFINITELY rent again.

Basic amenities so bring your own hair dryer, detergent etc. Did find the apartment in need of some attention (door latches, blinds) nothing that affected our stay but recommend inform owner upon arrival. Great for families, relaxation, beach time , golfing and daytrips to Old San Juan as well as short drive to El Yunque the National Rain Forest.

We were so thankful that Eduardo was able to accommodate us when the other villa we had booked had an emergency and had to cancel the day we were to check in. The Villa is spacious and close to the pool, Eduardo was easy to reach and responsive to any of our questions only issues where the washing machine was not working while we were there and the villa could benefit from a good cleaning and some updates, but we are grateful to be able to have a place to stay on such short notice

The Villa was a great place to close a week-long Birthday celebration. Generous size. Perfect location within the resort. Definitely will rent from this host again soon and have already shared this option with family and friends. Thanks Eduardo!!!
