Great little condo. Convenient to the town of Granby and close to lots of hiking trails and Rocky Mountain National Park. Would stay there again.

Escaped the heat in Boulder for three fabulous days at Granby Ranch. The location of this place is perfect. The condo is really nice, too! Fun downhill biking with no crowds.

Enjoyed our stay. Well stocked unit. Quiet in the evenings. Underground garage access was convenient. Host was responsive to my text. Lack of a/c was not an issue.

It was great!

2nd floor had great views, and everything was very close. Loved the garage parking, pool, and hot tub. It was clean but could use a detailed cleaning on the sofa pullout and blinds. We loved it and would stay again.

This was our 2nd time in this unit and we already booked for next year. Location and view can’t be beat. Could use a broom…maybe only I clean on vacation…

This is the second year we have booked during the winter season. It’s so clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Cannot wait to come back!

In spite of what's to follow, my family and I had fun skiing at Granby Ranch and will return to the area, but will be more careful where we stay next time. The owners were very communicative before our arrival, including friendly emails, texts, and a fairly long list of what to do and not to do while in the unit. I understand the owners wanting their renters to follow these guidelines, such as keeping shoes and boots off the carpet, in an attempt to keep the unit clean. However the carpet in its current state is already far from being in good condition--dirty and discolored in many places, severely fraying in others, and just generally in need of replacing. Another request on their list is to make sure the curtains are drawn during the day so that the furniture fabric doesn't fade. Fading should be the least of the owners' concerns. The furniture fabric, especially on the cushioned chair in the living area, is very worn and again needs replacing. In addition, the inside of the fireplace glass is dirty and in need of attention. The swing lock on the door is secured to the frame with scotch tape. The unit needs a lot of TLC. The owners state that early check-ins & late check-outs are not possible because of the need to thoroughly clean the unit. But, in my opinion it's been quite a while since any thorough cleaning has been done. The unit felt dingy and only lightly cleaned. There's dust everywhere, especially in the living area. The carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed as evidenced by a puzzle piece in the middle of the room and what looked like dirt from shoes or food crumbs, as well. I will say, the bathrooms appeared clean. Additionally, the lighting in the unit needs attention. There was a burned out bulb in the chandelier over the dining table (where there's much dust collected on the shades & arms of the fixture) and it was so dark in the primary bedroom even with every lamp on including the overhead light on the ceiling fan that reading before sleep was impossible. Speaking of sleep, very little of that took place during the two nights we were there. The snow grooming machines on the slopes began at 10pm and ran all night, until about 8am. Unfortunately, both bedrooms face out onto the hill and our whole family got very little to no restful sleep while we were there. I know this is long and will sound harsh to the owners, and for that I'm sorry. I will admit I have fairly high standards and expected more from a unit with a 4.9 star rating.

We were in Grandby for a wedding, and this property couldn't have been any better. It was clean, spacious, and was a great location. We would happily stay at this property again!

My family and I had a great time in Granby. My wife and I visited Never Summer Brewery. We took the kids to swim in Grand Lake and then to Hot Sulphur Springs. And we spent a day in Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a great stay and could have stayed longer. The apartment was exactly as promised and the host was instantly available whenver needed. I highly recommend this location.

Overall the condo was as expected. One lamp beside the bed had no lightbulb and the overhead lighting in the bathroom was dim. The top of the stove was dirty. It was a good central location for our various events we had to attend.

The condo was perfect as was the location. We had a couple of unusual questions for the property owners who were very helpful. Would stay again.

We were in Granby for a wedding and this condo was the perfect home base! It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, great space to hang out, and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The view is also amazing and we enjoyed going on walks to enjoy it. We also loved the patio! Steve was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return.

The rental was nice pretty view of the mountains. Close to the lift. Only complaint was there were 2 of us and there were only 2 bath towels. We were supposed to have some one else with us who wasn’t able to make it so we used the towels in the other bathroom. Also had all kinds of cookware but no pot holders. Other than that I would rent it again.

Headed to Granby Ranch for a family wedding in June. Incredible location! We really enjoyed our accommodations & experience. This was our first experience with VRBO & will do it again. The owners made everything easy & communication was perfect. Thank you!

Great location and view looking right out on the base of the mountain. Truly feel like you're at the heart of all the daily happenings at the resort.

Location was incredible…watched the kids ski from the balcony. Everything was just as described. We will return for sure!

The family had a great stay at Silvercreek. Our 10 and 13 year old had a blast. The condo is a great location, right next to the base. You can watch the skiers from the balcony. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so convenient to ski, come inside for lunch and head back out. The property was perfect for our family of 4. We greatly appreciated all the extra toiletries available. Perfect views of the lift during the day and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!

The condo was a wonderful location with beautiful views of the mountains and lifts. We enjoyed our stay with the perfect ski in/ski out, good food close by, friendly and prompt replies from the owners. We love Base Camp One and Granby!

Great location for my husband who doesn’t ski but can watch kids skiing. Already booked for next year.

Well stocked unit, with great ski in ski out access. The deck over looks the ski lift. The kids enjoyed watching the snow cats at night.

we stayed a few nights for my sons wedding, It was a great, convenient, comfortable weekend. We had two families and plenty of room. They condo layout was perfect with room and privacy for all. It wa clean and comfortable with a great view. We couldn't have pictured it better

The check in was very easy and the checkout was explained very well.The condo was beautiful. It all all of the amenities you would expect plus many more. The large social room on the 1st floor was a wonderful place for our entire family from many states to gather before the wedding festivities began.We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the condo more.I would recommend this complex, condo and owners to anyone visiting Granby.
