It was very clean and everyone was nice

I paid for the hotel on booking.com. ($200) Then when I checked in, they needed my credit card. I explained I already paid online. They said this was for incidentals. When we checked out the next day, they charged me $234 one day then $204 on check out day then another $17 for incidentals (snacks we did charge to the room) when I went back to the front desk and showed her my bank account where they had charged me $450 (plus the $200 I already paid for the room) she said she would fix it but it would take several days for it to show up in my account. This was the first 4th of July we were able to take my 9 year old son out due to my husband having severe PTSD from serving in Iraq. We were not planning on paying $650 for one night at a hotel. Therefore we had to cancel the remainder of our plans due to not knowing how long it will take to be reimbursed the money, with the only explanation of the girl at check in was new and made a mistake. Very disappointing.

Great location! Clean!

My husband and I really liked breakfast. We liked the many varieties available for breakfast. We appreciate the healthy fruit options as well as cold and hot beverages available 24 hours for free for your customers. We also liked the ability to have the option to purchase food at your front desk. We received great customer service from the time we arrived. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Upon departing We received nothing but great customer service. We have already recommended family and friends to your hotel location. We will be back that is for sure. Great customer service, clean and comfortable place to stay. We were pleased 100 percent. Keep up the good work!
