We had 3 couples staying comfortably at this home and it was fantastic. Convenient to beaches and restaurants, just a short drive. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool perfectly sized and clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Note: there IS a nespresso which I wish I had realized! My only (very minor!) criticism is that there aren’t any curtains so it can get pretty bright in the morning and not that much privacy to the bathroom if people are out on the patio. All in all, I would recommend without hesitation!

Tranquil retreat, beautiful garden and wonderful pool with perfect deck for family dinners. Airy A frame with pool house futon was perfect for for my family which includes three adult kids. We’d definitely return to this property next year. Communication with owner/manager was seem less. Could not have been more delightful.

Great and easy stay for our family (of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids one of which is an infant). The house is comfortable and spacious, the grounds are fantastic, especially the pool and outdoor areas. We spent most of the stay poolside, as how can you not when it's this ideal a setting. Our host was incredibly responsive and in great communication as well. Lastly, the location is perfect as its not in any sort of busy area but also incredibly close to everything (we walked to a farmers market, lunches, dinners, grocery store, and a very cool learning farm where we met the pigs and chickens...our son's highlight of the trip). One note, if you plan on cooking a lot, it's recommended to ask the host what is there vs. not in terms of cookware, so you can be prepared if you need anything specific.

My friends and I enjoyed the long week-end in this beautiful house, the pool and the garden. It was spotless clean when we arrived, communication was effective and easy and the hosue is very well equipped. I highly recommend it!

My kids and I had a wonderful summer vacation in this brand-new, cozy, and stylish home. The garden and pool are lovely, and the setting very private and quiet. If you need to "get away from it all," this is your spot!

Wer sich ein Segelboot mieten möchte ikann die Insel in seiner vollen Schönheit bewundern. Wir sind mit unserer Wahl total happy u zufrieden.

We had a wonderful stay, between the relaxing house and beautiful property, along with the close proximity to what all Shelter Island has to offer. We were sad to leave and hope to stay again!

We so enjoyed this beautifully designed, clean, peaceful oasis on Shelter Island. The pool is fantastic, the surrounding garden lovely, and the house serene with its beautiful, neutral furnishings and textiles. Highly recommend and hope to rent again!
