Had a perfect stay for two night at this beach house. Everything you could need was there. It was cozy and clean and well equipped. So close to the beach and had a giant game room which, honestly we never got to but loved having he option. 10/10 will try to stay here again.

We love the fact it has three seperate living areas perfect for three groups. I hate the fact that you get charged for hot tub use whether you use it or not with no way to not pay the extra charge. The hot tub lid is severely broken and lets in tree needles and rain. There are other little things that need to be updated like the toilet paper holders that literally fall off the wall everytime and the upstairs carpet that smelled strongly of urine when we arrived. The kitchen items are always hit or miss in what will be there and the condition of it. We still love the house and location and make due despite the fees and taxes!

Both upstairs sleeping areas were very hot as the windows were broken and not operational. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off during our stay. Vacasa responded quickly with a temporary repair. Do not go if the weather is warm! We had to purchase an extra fan locally to be able to sleep upstairs! On a positive note, the outside area is great with a fire ring and a large dining table.

We booked this property for our annual family beach trip and it was great! The garage came equipped with multiple games for us to enjoy together. We were minutes away from several beach access points which made a lovely walking loop. The hot tub is equipped with an assistance arm to help lift the cover so my aging mother was able to open and close it on her own any time she wanted a soak. The only downside was the carpet on the stairs inside the main house was quite slick so we had several slip-fall incidents but no injuries. The kids all thought it was funny to see aunty slip and land on her bottom! This is a wonderful property. We have it bookmarked as a favorite so we can book it again in the future. I definitely recommend it to other large groups. Jut be careful on the stairs ;)

Mrs. Kivlen: Beautiful house, well laid out for privacy for our family of 10. Location is spectacular for beach access or a walk in town. There is ALOT of wear and tear as I'm sure this beautiful location gets many bookings. House was cleaned prior to our occupancy. With the exception of laundry detergent, dish and hand soap, there were no household cleaning supplies to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen or bathrooms, so bring your own. Carpet and sofa upholstery was stained and likely not cleaned on the reg. Hot tub is excellent, but missing headrests and 50% of the jets don't work. No one came to balance or clean it during our two week stay. So if you don't know how, you should negotiate to have it done if the tub gets a lot of use.

Really great spot. In house living area was not huge, but the garage is great and made up for it. Only issue was with Vacasa and their crazy 10am checkout time

Had an awesome time at this house! It was a walk to the ocean. Hot tub was amazing. Area for the kids to bike. Family friendly.

Home was clean and lovely. Everything worked great and we had a really good time out on the beach. Beach was within a two minute walk and the weather was amazing. Appreciated the stay so much!

This cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all kitchen and cooking necessities. Hot tub was great, but needed cleaning as there was already sand and needles in the tub. Everything was great however. Easy access, beach is only a block away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. I would gladly stay here over and over. Great neighborhood, nice people and just a really nice place to stay. Just wish I had 2 weeks instead of 1!

House is laid out well and location is excellent. Only a block from beach paths and neighborhood is quiet. Games in garage were great though the shuffle board has seen better days. The garage needs a good cleaning as there is a urine smell so we had to keep the doors open while in there.

We spent a long weekend here with another couple and their kids. Such a great spot for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. They have a great surround sound system set up in the living room. The kids had so much fun roaming the property. My 7 year old wants me to mention that they have an excellent hill near their favorite hiding spot. They were not bored once. We all want to book again for next year. My only recommendation is to get new dining room chairs. They are heavy metal and uncomfortable. I can tell they are scraping up their beautiful hard wood floors.

Great spot for a family vacation with ample space, activities and great proximity to the beach!

This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Oregon Coast! A small family gathering of 3 couples while the pandemic is still go on. We cooked, we played games, we walked the beach every single day (mostly twice), soaked in the hot tub and played pingpong in the garage. Very nice to have seperate bin of towels for the hot tub and imagine the beach in warmer months. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were all very nice with good amount of towels. We cooked all of our meals at the house and had plenty of room to relax. The only downside was the sectional in the living room was small and needed a deep cleaning. Everything else was perfect! Thank you! We will be back

Lovely place to stay during stormy Oregon winters, and I can't imagine what it'd be like in the summer! The hot tub was great, the surround sound was great, and it was an overall wonderful experience. 10/10 will return!

Really small not yet leaving room and dining area for 6 - 8 people , it was hard. But overall not bad.

Was great being so close to beach but quiet also! Clean and comfortable! The garage and game area needs to be cleaned up a little but really the only area of issue. Everything was as it was described! Thank you !!

We loved having all the different spaces - indoor and outdoor. Plus the game room, hot tub and firepit can’t be beat. What a great house (the Sonos surround sound was a favorite of the kids). Super close to the beach (and tons of man (kid) made driftwood forts). Perfect size for two families - I think even three families could fit comfortably. As other viewers have commented, you definitely need to bring your own spices/cooking oil (and measuring spoons if you need them), but other than that, it has everything you need (including lots of hot tub towels). The 10am checkout is a bit on the early side, but understandable considering the level of cleaning that needs to be done these days. We’ll definitely be back!

This house has everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Open the window and you can hear the ocean and just walk about 200 yards and there is the ocean. This house is a must if you want all the comforts of home

This house is perfect for our families needs. Three couples all have their own bedroom and bathroom seperate areas. Our dogs love staying here with us. Our only complaint is the extra hot tub fee. It should either be added to the daily rate if it’s not an option you cannot choose to keep locked and not use.

This property is close to the beach and jetty. Lots of amenities and plenty of space to accommodate all of us. We would stay here again! Thanks.

I really wanted to be able to leave a better review…the house was great, location amazing. When we arrived for a 4pm check-in the house had not been cleaned. Also the lockbox had no keys in it. After calling Vacasa a cleaning crew was dispatched and we were told to vacate the premises for the two hours while they cleaned. So we had to move all of our stuff out of thr house and didn’t get to check in until 6:30pm. The cleaning crew advised that they would notify Vacasa about the situation and refund my cleaning fee—but no one contacted me and the Vacasa representative I spoke with was not able to authorize this. Also, the WiFi password provided and listed was wrong. While there were lots of dishes and towels it was a little strange that there wasn’t a salt or pepper shaker…I’ve never stayed in somewhere that didn’t at least provide that… The next day I went to take a shower in the master bathroom shower had a lot of weird brown stuff in it…we managed to have a good vacation but it was pretty frustrating way to celebrate my dads 75th birthday.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the beach. There was plenty of beds for our extended family! We loved& used the BBQ and the fire pit every night. We definitely hope to come back.

Found the loveliest giant agate on the beach here! Enjoyed the fire pit very much and playing ping pong and foos ball! Thanks for the cool perks and the opportunity to have a bonding family weekend!

We had so much fun making memories here. Nedonna is our beach and it was nice to be back. The kids loved the game room & our nights by the fire will be remembered forever. Thank you for the great setting to host our family gathering. We made some wonderful memories as we honored our parents on what would have been their 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed spectacular weather, beach combing, s`mores, shuffleboard, sand castlesand karaoke. We`ll be back!

I was invited to come on a trip with my grandchildren. It`s been a wonderful trip, and have enjoyed your guest house and the weather has been really wonderful. The kids have built a fire every nite and enjoyed your corn hole game, and games in the garage.
