Good location for our purposes. Nice pub.

No breakfast available. This was stated in the website so no surprise but nearby cafes mentioned as alternatives were closed.

Easy access to come and go as you pleased.

Didn’t have breakfast

The smelly bathroom. Hand wash was empty. Toilet seat loose and hand towel ring was beginning to fall off. There was only the cleaner downstairs working when we left. Had told someone night before that hand wash was empty but no one offered to refill. Also we were not offered a dinner booking when we arrived. Had to go to takeaway to get food and eat in room, which was disappointing. Best to let people know to book food at first booking.

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy well-sized room (Superior King Room)

The rooms were above a pub but it wasn’t noisy. Really comfortable spacious room with extra large double bed & lovely walk-in shower. tea/instant coffee & kettle in room. Had a nice meal in the pub in the evening with good service. Close to the famous 8-sailed windmill. Parking was in a pub car park that could not be pre-reserved, but there were plenty of spaces.

Nothing really. No breakfast option but wasn’t a problem for us. Steep stairs up to the rooms but not many of them. Could be an issue for those with mobility issues.

Room was comfy shower was brilliant. Also good that you can use the back door to get in instead of going through the pub.

That they don't do breakfasts.

Bed side light not working, cobwebs hanging off the walls, window with a damaged catch with let draughts and the cooking smells from the kitchen enter the room, black mould in the shower tray, lack of storage.

bedside lights didn’t work, staff or guests loud during night, sounded like staff. No staff at check out etc.

Nice room with additional heater in cupboard and air conditioning. Staff friendly Lunch meal ham off the bone with chunky chips was very good

Evening meal surf + turf not good value, small steak and 3 small prawns, but maybe I'm spoilt as from Australia Starter was tasty, garlic mushroom however bread was placed in the bowl so was just a soggy lump of bread. This I did point out and refund was asked for but not given
