Perfect for family, had everything needed, clean and supplied. One thing to note is the Wi-Fi didn't work for the TV. However there was a pool table to replace!

House was impeccably clean. Amenities for guests were thoughtful and very well organized. Plenty of space for our family of 8 with the convenience of feeling like your home. Located in a cute town and convenient to all stores I would highly recommend this home

We had a baseball tournament in Westfield, and this house was a great place to stay! We had 2 families and had plenty of room. Good location that was close to grocery stores and downtown area.

We rented this property for the weekend of our daughter's wedding at the Mill Top. Super convenient! We could walk back and forth to the venue, which was great. The only less than perfect part was the driveway entrance. Super narrow. But, with ample street parking it was not a hindrance.

Beautiful house. Spacious bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Driveway is very narrow but plenty of parking on the side street.

What a beautiful house that was clean, spacious, and gave us everything we needed for a family get-together... The host is awesome. She was quick to help with any questions we had and went above and beyond for us. Our family had not been together in 5 years and finding this house allowed us to all come together from all over the country and create some core memories that we cherish forever. We will definitely be back.

We were in town for a wedding at Mill Top and the home was perfectly located near the venue. The pool table was awesome - we enjoyed a number of games during our short stay. We loved the decorations and the beds were very cozy. The property manager was super responsive and helped with all our questions. Highly rated and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family was traveling from Iowa to attend a wedding at Mill Top Banquet. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was 1.5 blocks away!!! The house was fantastic especially the kitchen!

Love love love this property! Great location to a beautiful city! The cleanliness of the house was a five star for all four of us which is very important. If we had questions, they were answered quickly.

My family and I enjoyed a 3 night stay in an old house in Noblesville. There is a great park close by that the children enjoyed. We really liked how close it was to downtown Noblesville. The kitchen was nicely furnished and we all appreciated the "snack" basket that was left for us. We enjoyed playing games at the dining room table. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Only improvements would be more places to hang up towels in the downstairs bathroom. We also had to remove the billiard balls and cues as these were a hazard for small children.

Absolutely great! House was super clean, lots of space, all appliances new, big washer and dryer. It's obviously been remodeled very recently. Communication with property owner was excellent. Attention sports families, if you have a tournament, meet, etc. in the area this is a fantastic option! We booked with a couple other families. So nice to come back to a house versus a hotel. I would highly recommend.

Lovely old home that has been restored very well and has modern kitchen and very nice bathrooms and living areas. The only problem occurred involved the city water being turned off. The owner was able to get it turned on about an hour later.

My siblings and I went to my Niece's Wedding and stayed at this property. It had all the amenities, was well kept and plenty of room. Walking distance to a quaint down town area with shops and restaurants. Tania who was our contact went above and beyond to make our stay great! I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The property is a beautiful home. We did have technical difficulties getting it but the property manager was EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond. There are a lot of nice things to do in the area and very close to supermarkets and Starbucks ! My children really enjoyed the home and the beds are insanely comfy I hated waking up !! The stairs are a little bit narrow so definitely not the place for those who can't go up and down the stairs. Also there is a beautiful drive way but be warned it's not meant for large vehicles. If you have an SUV or a MiniVan I recommend parking in the street there is a side entrance which makes the house easy to get in and out of from the car. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who asks me. The location is great, the people are great and customer service was great! Deserves more than 5 stars !!!

The location was quite with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The area was very quiet and interesting with the small town feel. It is definitely a place we would stay again.

Convenient location, spacious comfort for a variety of family and friends. Updated kitchen provided a central hub for everyone to touch base and enjoy the area on their own terms and timeline. Added stair rails were very helpful for all ages. Couldn't have asked for a better solution for our family needs. Information was shared before, during and after our stay to ensure smooth sailing for our stay.

Six of my family members rented the beautiful home as a surprise for my dad’s 80th birthday. The home was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable beds, great location to downtown Noblesville, easy parking, and a pool table that entertained us nightly. I would stay here and again and strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful old (upgraded) home.

The rental process was easy and not overly complicated. My questions were answered in a quick and friendly manor. If ever in Indianapolis again we will definitely try to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our 3 families. Great location and very comfortable house. Pool table provided endless laughs for our girls. A couple suggestions… Hot water heater needs to be set at a lower temperature. Ouch! A toaster and small grill would be great additions. A spatula, strainer, and baking sheet are needed in kitchen. The plastic left on bunk beds is very loud and hard to sleep on. Regular mattress covers would be better. Very small vehicles are truly the only ones that can park in the driveway, but parking on the side street was not a problem at all.

These are suggestions to improve not necessarily a review. House was well done. Both showers are very slippery and need inside shower mats. A person 5’2” cannot reach spray shower or easily wash hands in the tall sinks in either bath. Having only tall seating kept us from ever using the dining room table.; normal height chairs need to be somewhere and available. The musky scents were totally overwhelming. If this was my own property, I would welcome this type of feedback. There were many, many positives about the property and we would return again if not traveling with the family member who had difficulties with the items I mentioned.
