Staff!

It was what I expected.

Pra quem tem voo a localização é perfeita, fomos andando para o hotel, lá é bem aconchegante e limpinho. Tínhamos um voo 4 da manhã e estávamos em grupo, fomos andando!

De locatie in combi met de prijs. Prima ontvangst, handig dat er keukenvoorzieningen zijn, goede keus is restaurantjes. Bakker Amasa was super, daar ook heerlijk gegeten.

We hadden het idee dat midden in de nacht het personeel luid lachen en pratend in het hotel rondliepen ( misschien de nachtwacht ?) niet echt fijn en zeker niet als je vroeg moet opstaan om een vliegtuig te nemen.

Nosotros arrendamos este lugar ya que al día siguiente tomábamos un avión, por ende cumple la función de que es un hostal solo de pasada. Ademas incluye cocina compartida y se puede usar el refri.

Amabilidad, ubicación, limpieza.

El alojamiento cumplio nuestra expectativa, necesitamos alojarnos cerca del aeropuerto ya que llegabamos de noche y debiamos partir temprano a otra ciudad desde la terminal. El personal realmente amable, nos ayudo con las dudas que teniamos, y con todo lo que pudieron, el desayuno muy rico

Es una casa adecuada para un hostal, es pequeña parece más una casa familiar; además decía que era con desayuno y no lo incluyó y no precisa la reserva que es con baño compartido, toco pagar adicional para tener un baño en la habitación.

I only stayed for one night but it really matched my expectations. The room was clean and confortable, the breakfast was good and it's a 5 min walking distance from the airport. Shout out to the staff, the girls were kind and helpful. However, I would only recommmend Luna Hotel for those who are going to spend no more than 2 nights in Cartagena, since it's far from the city center (the main touristic area). It's convenient for a stopover only.

Everything was fine during my stay

A great airport hotel, clean and with friendly staff. AC worked fine. It was quiet during the night. The area seemed very safe to us, you can walk to the main street in the evening for dinner, there is also a supermercado close by. The airport is really just a short walk of a few minutes. All in all a good choice if you look for a night to stay before your flight.

The room was quite small, it would have been great to have some shampoo in the bathroom. You can hear a lot from outside and other guests, but in our case it was quiet so didn't have a problem there. All minor issues, we would stay again.

Fora a localização próxima do aeroporto o restante deixa muito a desejar da imagem daquilo que compramos. A propaganda é enganosa. O quarto é minúsculo, a cama suja, as toalhas rasgadas, encontramos uma lacraia de manhã no quarto e por aí vai... sorte a nossa ter ficado apenas um dia por conta de uma adequação de vôo.

No windows in rooms

Cheap and convenient if you're staying next to the airport, you can walk to the terminal from there in a few minutes. One bed was comfortable but the other had a big groove in it and needed replacing. Good value for money overall

Windows in the room let a lot of light in from the hallway and the noise made it difficult to get to sleep for our really early flight. It was more of a hostel than a hotel.

The location was excellent, very near the airport - a 7 minute walk max. The aircon worked well. It was cheap.

I stayed to be near the airport for a 7 a.m. flight the next day. I didn't get any sleep due to noise in the reception until well into the night and it seemed like they hadn't considered guests might want a quiet night's sleep. I was in a room behind reception that had zero soundproofing, with a plastic sheet over the top of the door. I asked directions to the airport in the morning and was sent the longer way 😐

Perfect location to go to the airport. Safe area to walk around and plenty of places to eat. Very basic but clean and good air conditioning. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice bed, good Aircon, nice breakfast. Perfect for a night before or after the flight.

Clean and great hotel near the airport at a walking distance! Clean rooms and nice common kitchen/space. A couple of nice restaurants nearby.
