We had a good stay for a long weekend. The location was great, easily within walking distance to the grocery store, convenience store, and many restaurants.

We stayed here with our 6 week old and the home was perfect for all the items we had to have that come with taking care of new born. Best thing was being able to pack up our girl and walk to town to get out of the house for. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again! a bit, grab a bite or visit with friends.

Clean, well equipped, nice location, easy to use features. Encountered difficulty in operating the unlocking system upon our arrival. Within an hour the owner came and provided needed assistance. After that everything went smoothly.

Great location! We had a wonderful 3 nights. The property is close to the public beach, sand volleyball, pickleball and walking to distance to numerous shops and restaurants. There was an awesome biking trail ride behind the house!

We stayed a WE and could bike both trails. Access is very easy, 50 yards from the house so very convenient.
We had no problem to check in and appreciated early check in and late check out. This is an old house but fully renovated. Nice water pressure in the shower, AC in the main bedroom and living room. Kitchen has all equipment needed. Washer dryer on the premises is a plus

This was an awesome property for my wife and I to make base camp for a few days of biking the trails.
The trail was literally 20 yards from the property and convenient walking to downtown for meals was also a welcome adventure.
I would highly recommend this charming old house to anyone wanting to explore the area.

Host was attentive and quick to respond. Home was charming and had lots of room. Quiet neighborhood, yet a short walk to town to dine or shop. Bike trail a short block away with access to a variety of scenic trails. We are starting to plan our next visit!

We had a group of ladies stay at the house and we enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located close to all the shopping and restaurants. If it wasn’t so cold when we stayed we would have been able to walk to all the shopping.
Everything we could need was supplied for the kitchen including coffee and creamer along with smaller kitchen appliances. We stayed during below zero temps and the main floor did have a hard time staying warm but the upstairs was nice and toasty.
Overall a great house and we would come back to this place if we visit Walker again.

We came to MN to go biking. This property is located directly next to two fantastic paved trails and was perfect. There was a garage for our car and also a great place to store our bikes. The house was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was available to assist but the instructions we received were so good that we really did not need to bother the host! Definitely would come back again and will refer our biking friends.

It’s an older home with some renovations and I appreciate that style. This was a fantastic stay for my family. We were there fishing for a weekend and were out and about most of the time. The house is close to the lake and downtown Walker. Teia was great to communicate with and timely. Would stay again.

We are three couples, friends since high school! We get together at least once a year. We decided on Walker for a change and thought a house would be more fun than a motel. This house was great, lots of space, close to downtown & we were able to cook, play games, shop and relax. The owners answered our questions right away. This would be a great spot in the summer!

These are owners that clearly care a great deal about keeping a clean well kept home and ensuring their guests have a great experience. Great space for our family’s stay in Walker. The location is perfect for walking to dining, activities or shopping in Walker. Would definitely stay their again, especially would be nice for a longer stay. We just had a weekend. Once special memory is the fire pit set up in the backyard. We had fun roasting marshmallows. Great family place.

Fantastic experience from booking through stay!
My family and I enjoyed this property over the 4th of July holiday while other family stayed at the resort two blocks away. The home was exactly as presented on the listing. This is the cleanest and most organized VRBO we have stayed in over the years, enjoying a few VRBO’s per year. Our interactions with Teia were fantastic. No issues during our stay but a couple check ins, very appreciated. Can’t say enough great things about this property and property owner!

Had such a wonderful time in Walker because of this place. So close to town and necessities but tucked off a quiet street. Home is clean, warm and inviting with everything you need. Plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at vacational homes only few times but I would consider this stay would be one of the best stay in my life. I have never seen a vacation home as clean as this one. Though the house is more than 100 years old, this place is very well equipped with high class dinner wares, furnitures, the appliances and they are all so clean. Also, the house has porch at two sides, and it was built in a way to extract maximum natural light and wind from outside into the house which everyone in my family liked. Definitely, I would recommend anyone to stay at this place to enjoy.

A hidden gem is right
We were in the area for a family get together and needed a place basically to sleep as activities kept us busy all day. It was a very homey place to come to and a peaceful get away to have quiet time in the morning.
The decor is beautiful with a thoughtful touch.

Saved our vacation!
We had planned our traditional family vacation up at Chase on the Lake. The last time we had been which was before the pandemic it was amazing! When we arrived we found out otherwise with much disappointment. I was frantically trying to find somewhere for my family to stay when I came across this vrbo. We were new to vrbo’s and Teia was so responsive and literally saved my sanity by opening up her vrbo last minute for us and we couldn’t thank her more!! The house was prefect for us and very close to everything you need while staying in Walker, MN!! It was very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you again for everything!!!

Hidden Gem at Walker, MN highly recommended!
We are two retired couples who travel to various destinations to ride UTVs and fish. The gem at Walker was a delight. It was immaculate clean and VRBO listing was accurate. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in our many rentals. The kitchen was well-equipped even though we didn't cook. We instead enjoyed the many restaurants in Walker. Jimmy's and the 502 were our favorites. This trip was a fishing trip--this location would not work well with UTVs. Bathrooms had great showers - immediate hot water and plenty of it. Teia added lots of special touches to make our stay enjoyable. Can't think of any negatitives on this rental. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing home close to everything
We traveled from Texas to Walker for some fishing snd visiting family. We chose this property because it was in Walker snd looked very clean and homey online. Reservations and communications were easy. The home was immaculate on the inside and very inviting. The owner has organized and stocked it with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The outside enclosed porches were really nice and a plus. The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. I'd highly recommend renting this property and would do so again.
