Great place to stay near all the main places in Seattle. Great restaurant options all just minutes away including the Italian restaurant at bottom of building. Loved our stay!

If you plan to come to downtown Seattle to party, this is perfect for you. If you're trying to have a quiet vacation, go somewhere else! The street traffic and bar music was really loud until 3:00am! Walls vibrated it was so loud! Didn't sleep at all! The pillows are horrible (old floppy), the throw pillows smelled. The condo at first glance looked clean but the more I looked the worse it got! The shower curtain had mold and stains on it. There was dust on all surfaces, dirty handprints on the windows. The blinds in bedroom were broken and long black hairs everywhere! No AC in the bedroom, only in living room. It was very hot & uncomfortable. I contacted the owners and they asked if they could come fix the problems but I didn't want to stay in that place another second! This place is too expensive to be in the condition it was in! The place needed a deep clean and minor repairs. It definitely could use updating as well. The bedroom carpet was old and gross looking. They ask you to take your shoes off at the door but I felt like I needed to keep them on! We rented for 2 nights but left after the 1st night. I probably wont get any money back and there wasnt enough time in the day for them to get all the things cleaned & fixed up. On a positive note, the check in process was easy & the building is secure. They do have a parking space but we didnt need it. bar

Great communication and all messages responded to quickly. Flexible on check-in times and changes. The apt was very nice, comfortable, and in a great location to walk around Seattle and to the major attractions.

The location was great. The hosts were very attentive.

We stayed 4 days and 4 nights, and the accommodations were GREAT. Everything was as advertised -- range, microwave, washer/dryer, TV, comfy mattress, access fobs all worked and were trivial to manage with no surprises. The location is central, an easy walk to Space Needle, Pike Place, ferries, Whole Foods, and wonderful bakeries, coffee, food and drinks within a block. We visited Seattle by train and never needed taxi/Uber/Lyft; everything was an easy walk from the apartment. We felt as safe here as we do our small town town in Oregon. What didn't work? The outside patio with the grill is being renovated so we couldn't cook outside (however, the outdoor garden WAS open and it's lovely). We discovered the garbage disposal wasn't working correctly, and the owners responded in minutes to our text, and we're there to check on it the next morning - again, no issue. And finally, it isn't quiet; you are in the heart of Seattle, so you'll hear cars, garbage trucks, sirens etc. Part of the charm. We would stay again on our next trip. We give this place an excellent rating and highly recommend it.

The check in was really well organized, Eric is great at explaining everything in detail. The location is great, right in the middle of many bars & restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was having to be responsible for carrying a key fob with us everywhere, I can’t keep track of my own keys, wallet..ect half the time 😂😂 The owners are very responsive too!

Very good location with multiple restaurants and attractions nearby. Great to have secure parking, and the unit was as described. Would stay here again.

Good location in terms of distance from Space Needle, Pike Place Market, etc. Easily walkable to main tourist spots. Streets can be noisy at evenings and weekends. Disappointed to find no information in the apartment about places to eat, etc. I guess they assume everyone uses their phones, but a few recommendations for nearby restaurants would be nice. Maps of the city are sometimes available in the lobby. The daytime Receptionist is really nice. There is nobody on reception at all at the weekends The kitchen equipment was mainly good quality - apart from the toaster which burns bread in one spot! Liked having a water filter available, but would have like bowls which aren't chipped and more than one teaspoon. Also, no instructions on how the oven worked... we never did get it going! Generally, the apartment is more worn than the photo would have you believe The chairs on the balcony are completely black and weather-beaten. The sofa is not comfortable. Ladies - bring a small mirror as there is only one over the sink in the bathroom. Also, no sink plug. It looks as though the place was really nicely kitted out in the first place, but that no real checks have been made recently.
