My family and I stayed for the week and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the condo! It was convenient for the beach, restaurants and activities. John the host was easy to work with

The unit was nice. Awesome view. The price displayed on VRBO site had a slash through it and was lowered. When you went to book, it charged the higher price, so beware. The second bedroom A/C did not work as well as it should’ve. All in all, we loved the location(stayed at Crescent previously) and would return.

Enjoyed our family vacation at this outstanding location that’s out of the crowds. Perfect views from the 20th floor and easy access to the beach and pool. Can’t say enough about our stay and interactions with the property owner. We look forward to future visits and highly recommend!

The views were great! The condo was perfect for my husband and 17 yr. old son. Loved that you could walk out to the beach from the pool area!

Upon arrival, the temperature in the condo was 80°F. We contacted the owner the next morning who sent out a close family friend to work on the unit. The temperature only came down to 76°F for one day. The temperatures outside were extremely hot, above 95°F We contacted the owner again and the close family friend came back and said the unit could not be fixed. The owner told us to use a portable room unit that was in the closet. That did not work enough to cool the condo below 82°F. The owner did not bring in an extra portable unit until 36 hours before we left. He had an emergency service come in 24 hours before we left to replace the system. We were miserable the entire time with temperatures ranging from 82 to 86°F inside the condo. We could not use the second bedroom as that bedroom was hotter than the remainder of the condo. The owner did not seem to be concerned about our uncomfortable conditions enough to ensure that we were comfortable. He only initially offered reservations to a restaurant across the street for dinner. He did not offer to try to find us a hotel, or make other arrangements We asked for a partial refund but have not seen anything to date. As far as the condo itself. It was clean, but dated, especially the bathrooms and mirrors on the ceiling and wall. We were told there would be linens, but there were no washcloths. We were very disappointed with this rental. The Sand Key beach itself is very quiet and nice.

The owner was great to work with. The property is in a great area. There is easy access to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We loved our stay.

Can't beat the view. Very safe area, even at night. The owner was on top of things. Great communication. Had recommendations for dining and where to hang out. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

It is a well located, well maintained property. There was useful input from the owner and we enjoyed our time there. ( except the weather which turned quite cold.)
