The villa is spacious, new, fully equipped and very clean. Its very close (100m walk) to a nice broadwalk with local cuisine and mostly greek tourists. On both ends of it there are small beaches that are also very close and in a walking distance. Thanos the manager was extremly helpful.

Beautiful new villa with private pool, with really hi-class decoration and very well furnished. We loved the location so close to Kato Gatzea seafront with really great restaurants and still so authentic. Magic place. Great hosts as well, very helpful to help you with your trip.

The design was perfect and they gave attention even to details. The facilities were excellent and of high quality. Everything was very good.

The doors of the toilets were from glass, the neighbourhood wasn't so good but it was very close to the beach and the village

Ideal for relaxing family vacation! Lethe Superior Villa is a beautiful house with an amazing architecture, plenty of design elements in it and built with care to the last detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary domestic appliances (blender, juicer, sandwich maker, tab coffee machine, kettle, microwave etc....actually all someone can need to prepare a nice breakfast. The beds are very comfortable, while the living room invites for cosy movie evenings. We felt like home! Above all we enjoyed the pool! It's size is ideal for smaller kids, the water was cleaned on a daily basis and it refreshed us frequently during the hot days. The location of the villa is very convenient, close to Kato Gatzea Promenade, where there are lots of restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this beautiful house to families who want to enjoy relaxing days combining some excursions in the beautiful Pelion with the privacy and the peace of this luxurious house.

A beautiful luxury villa located in Pelion, easy to find, with plenty of restaurants, a market place and endless beaches nearby! During our stay we had the chance to meet the owner with his family who turned out to be extremely friendly and helpful. I totally recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing holiday!
