House was very tastefully renovated and in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely stay there again.

We wanted a central location in the Triangle area as we’re looking for a home there and also wanted to sample some of the wonderful nearby restaurants. This home was simply perfect for all of that and more! Beautifully decorated and remodeled mid century home with comfortable seating and sleeping, great open kitchen and gorgeous fireplace! These hosts thought of everything and were easy to communicate with - also very helpful. You’re going to enjoy your stay here!

We loved everything about this house and the host! We were in a major bind when another nearby rental fell through and we contacted the host about renting their house basically by next day. Shanna replied within minutes and had it ready to go in less than 24 hours. This house is gorgeous and the accommodations were so perfect for our family with 3 kids. There weren’t any house accessories that we were worried about them knocking over. The kitchen was amazing! Had everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable like a high end hotel! We love the screened in porch and the fenced backyard for our kids to run around. They didn’t miss a single detail with this house. We left this home saying we wish we could live there, we can’t wait to be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

House very attractive in nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was minimal supplies in terms of refills for soap containers, laundry detergent, no kleenex.....otherwise a great find.

This home has ALL appliances even the small.ones with TWO coffee pots. Beautiful location in a peaceful home. The beds were a little harder than our liking but other than that our girls weekend was complete staying at this home. Thank you Shanna for all you do. And sorry about the oil stain in the carport.

What a beautiful perfect rental property for a family. The owners have done a beautiful job updating this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with towering green trees. They have provided everything you need and nothing you don’t need. Very clean and organized. Great communicators. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.

Great property for our family as we celebrated our son’s wedding in Apex. The home was very spacious, open, updated and perfect for us. Even had a family of deer wandering around in the back.

The home is clean, well organized and so much more comfortable than any hotel. Shanna is very thorough in preparing a lovely home for your stay.

Absolutely amazing house! Tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Like a tranquil oasis as soon as you walk in the door. Had every utensil / amenity you would ever need...and it's meticulously kept. And ping pong for the icing on the cake!

My family with three young children stayed at Shanna’s minimalistic chic house for a long weekend and found it such a relaxing retreat away from the business of the city. Her toiletries and amenities that she provided were top notch and non-toxic which with kids is so appreciated. Her attention to detail on organization and keeping style without cluttering the open space was genius. Everything we were looking to visit in Raleigh Proper and neighboring towns was consistently a 15-20 minute drive and easy to commute to great grocery stores like Whole Foods, great restaurants and Raleigh’s playgrounds. It’s great for families and friends looking for a spa-like experience. Can’t wait to return!

the house was decorated beautifully with all the modern conveniences and a ping pong table for evening entertainment. Beds were very comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, the house has plumbing problems that were apparent from the first night. The last day we were there all the toilets clogged and the shower flooded. It is a situation that has to be attended to or else all the positive features are overwhelmed by that basic and frankly nasty problem.

We stayed here for Family Weekend at NC State. It was a great place to stay! Close to everything. Really enjoyed the screened porch. Great place to come back and relax!

The house was impeccably clean, and everything was as-advertised. Host was a great communicator. The screened-in porch was great for taking in the cooler evenings and watching as rain came thru. We would, absolutely, stay here again.
