Property is as described, great location for everything. Only thing to knock is garbage, we had to take to the recycling center, being from out of town maybe clear directions would be better. The cabin/house is clean and cozy. Everything you need is already there. Maybe for the ladies, a blind in master bathroom, but that is being a bit picky. Absolutely loved the place, will stay again and would recommend to anyone interested.

As a guest, should not be expected to take trash to a dump site a few miles away when you leave. I have stayed at several rented homes and cabins in the same area and never once was told to take trash to the local dump. Host charges for cleaning, but the guest is required to do way to many things that should be done by the fee the host charges for a cleaning crew to come in after the stay. This hosts requirements are a great example of why less people are renting vacation rentals and going back to hotels.

Nice 3 bdr and 2 bath home in the mountains next to Clayton. Clean, easy access to town and a well stocked kitchen. Minor issues with the internet but otherwise it's 5 stars.

We loved this property; it is very close to many hikes, downtown shops and restaurants and a very comfortable setting.

The house is lovely and the location is great.

House came as advertised, was clean and comfortable and would recommend to others. Great central location for quick drive into town, hiking and wineries. Notes: - Someone else mentioned this, but the road leading up to the house is pretty steep and takes a little getting used to, but wasn't a big deal for us. - We did walk into town for dinner one evening (to Fortify Kitchen & Bar). It takes about 20 min and is mostly safe although there are a couple of short stretches with limited area to walk on the side of the road.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A few hiccups, but overall was fine.

The cabin is beautiful and clean. It’s in a great location, easy to access hiking trails, restaurants and shopping.

We were in Clayton to drop our kids off at summer camp and stayed at this house for about a week and absolutely loved it. The house is well maintained and decorated. The photos in the listing are spot on. We also liked how well stocked the house was. We loved that the house feels secluded and private but is 2 minutes away from restaurants, stores and points of interest. One thing I didn’t realize a head of time was that trash/recycling must be taken to a nearby facility for disposal. It seems common in the county due to the steep roads that may be inaccessible by garbage trucks? None the less, it was not an inconvenience and we were easily able to drop off trash while out and about. Finally, I really enjoyed talking to the owner during our stay. He was quick to respond and answered a ton of questions for us.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully updated. The host was very responsive and helpful / easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, stylish cabin. It had everything we needed for a short vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and in the sunroom. Would love to come back again!

Easy to book, easy to check-in. We found this home with the described amenities. For those who watch lots of TV (we don't), all channels are streamed via internet. I did notice the internet was a bit slow; doable- but slow. We enjoyed the town of Clayton, as well as the Tallulah Gorge State Park. Breakfast at The Rusty Bike Cafe- excellent! Fortify Pizza- had some homemade Italian soup that was made you.. mmm mmm, with every bite. Homemade orange and cranberry cake icecream, our of this world good!
