Quiet and great location. Check-in could not have been easier. We used the luggage lockers before check-in so we could park in the parking garage and go exploring. The guards were very kind. There was a big storm before check-in that put the floor our original room was on without lighting or electricity. So we were upgraded from a one-room to a two-room apartment in the building and refunded $50 for our troubles. Customer service was great to work with. Our daughters were very disappointed because they looking forward to the awesome view from the top floor but appreciated not having to use the pullout sofa. Unlike the photos online, there were a lot of marks on the walls and our unit had a combo washer/dryer that took over three hours for one wash/dry cycle. Other than that, it was great and we will stay there again.

Super clean, just like pictures, nice views, quite, no problems, everything included more than hotels. Highly impressed, loved my stay didn’t want to leave!

Enjoy the place but I wish they had more stuff like cooking material like a blender more pots and pans for cooking.

Worked well for our little family. Close walk to restaurants, museums, and transportation. Only negative was when you shower, the lip of the shower doesn't stop any water, so tip to future stayers, put a towel on the floor so it doesn't get soaked. Otherwise, great place that we'd stay at again!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was great. Close to everything. The apartment itself was gorgeous. The views were spectacular. I’d definitely stay there again

Convenient location. • Since Sonder rents multiple apartments in the building, specific allocation among ostensibly functionally similar units is by chance; we had a lovely upper floor corner unit with floor to ceiling windows. • Electronic access to the apartment was straightforward after preparatory Sonder registration. • Appliances are modern and convenient. • Apartment was comfortably warm in very cold weather. • The shower has pleasant mild spray, with hand-held hose. No strong pressure. • The apartment was not fully clean.. • “In-suite laundry” = single, combined washer-dryer (not apartment-sized washer + dryer). That disappointing combination has two sharp limitations. First, there is one wash-and-dry cycle, which makes it impossible to choose drying temperature and time independently. Second, it is not possible to run two loads (one washer, one dryer) simultaneously • Both the washer and the disposal are very noisy. • TV is a connection to the internet. Renter must have a service (for example, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime) to use it. What Roku calls “local news” are snippets of a few-hours-old local news broadcast. Roku’s Reuters snippets are outdated and repeated. In sum, if you want films and series, bring your own subscription. If you would like regular news (local, national, international) or local stations, use the web or your telephone. That unavailability of a television connection contributed to our downgrade of the overall rating. An apartment with a washing machine and a balcony should have a television connection. • Sonder was promptly responsive to a repair report and to requests to replenish household supplies (ours was a 2-week stay): for example, toilet paper, bathroom soap, rather than providing a replenishment stock in the unit. • We found the regular noise of the nearby elevated subway tolerable. Overall, a pleasant apartment with comfortable heat and effective appliances. Standardized apartment (like similar hotel rooms) will appeal more to some visitors, less to others. Sonder was promptly responsive, though a different person responded to each communication (email; text; telephone). A comfortable, but not outstanding stay—hence, 4/5. We would return and stay with Sonder again.

Great location and amazing views from the balcony. Close 2 min walk to a grocery store and coffee. 20 min ride to United Center. Would stay here again for sure
