Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was located on a beautiful, scenic lot in a quiet neighborhood. However, there was major oversight on housekeeping and maintenance which affected our stay. It seemed they had no "checklist" prior to a guest arriving which would have resolved these issues. Examples: speaker was blown on the living room TV, spa took 2 days to warm up, no shampoo, conditioner or body bar in the showers (even though it was stated as an amenity on the listing), no dishwasher detergent, and dirty underwear found on closet floor (from previous guest?). As seasoned guests, these items were not acceptable. Management did respond by sending over team members that were able to resolve some of these, but it did detract from our stay.

We loved the openness and knotty pine walls and ceiling of the family room. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to work in it, and there were plenty of dishes, glasses, cups and cooking utensils for our meals.
