Pacifica is a really fun, pretty, hidden gem in the Bay Area. Do not miss heading down to the great, old Italian bakery in town. Jessica's home was really great for our 3 generation gathering. Terrific deck and dining area. The neighborhood requires thoughtfulness and respect, but I get the impression that these days, rentals are just having to be more careful and responsible, so don't let the detail the owners put into being sure they know who's in their house deter you. We found ownership to be very friendly and concerned with our wellbeing. Great stay!

Annually I rent a house somewhere so our three adult children, spouses, girlfriend and grandkids can all be together for a few days. This house was just the ticket. We’ll appointed, great kitchen and family room where everyone could gather. The kids really enjoyed the pool too.

We were able to stay here for a Thanksgiving family gathering and it was perfect. The place was spotless and had enough space, the pool was heated and a big draw for the kids, and the sauna really took it to the next level. The hosts were super communicative and helpful. We all took walks around the neighborhood to stretch our legs and it was great, beautiful and scenic. A perfect stay, I hope we can stay again.

The house accommodated our group of nine very well; plenty of bedrooms and beds, a spacious common area with a large dining table, and deck that looks into the mountain. Facilities were new and well kept. Neighborhood is very peaceful and provides a nice escape from the bustle. Pool was clean and heated a very warm temperature. Kitchen was well equipped

We absolutely loved our stay at Jessica‘s and Alan‘s place. It’s very spacious and clean and was the perfect place for our family reunion (7 adults + 6 children). The kids loved the pool. Communication with the house manager went very well and we got timely responses to all our questions. I can absolutely recommend!

The house is very comfortable, clean and well supplied. We had absolutely everything we needed and more! Communication with Jessica was very easy - she is very responsive. The hosts clearly care about their guests enjoying their stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with a larger family group (12) celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The place is beautiful, very clean, and accurate from the pictures. The two living spaces flanking the kitchen in addition to the attached deck provided options to spread out a bit. Jessica and Alan were extremely responsive prior and throughout our stay. We loved the pool and sauna. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped but missing some essential kitchen gadget items-nothing that made it difficult to cook-but things that were used to (I.e. cheese grater, juicer for citrus). Jessica and Alan promptly responded to several requests including purchasing a crockpot, which really was above and beyond, as well as a wine opener. Even their neighbors were friendly and generous. The town is great, close to several beaches (Rockaway and Montera Stare Beach were probably our favorite). Jessica and Alan are more conscientious and thorough than many other hosts, showing that they care about their property and who they host. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect place to re-bond with family after the pandemic separation. The house is very well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. The pool was a bit hit with the kids!

We had a fellowship retreat here and it was fabulous.

Wonderful, beautifully decorated property up in the hills in Pacifica with lovely canyon views and a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. We were a group of 8 with plenty of space. With 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house can sleep 12. The kids and teens really enjoyed the heated pool! Great patio and deck areas. Lots of amenities at this property, which made our stay convenient and comfortable! 5 minute drive to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. About 30 minutes north to downtown SF, where we spent a lot of our time sightseeing. We also explored some beautiful beaches and coastal areas just to the south of Pacifica as well. 45-60 minutes to Muir Woods, depending on traffic. This house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood best suited for families or a group of respectful adults. The home is a split-level (like most in the area, due to the hilly geography), so you'll need to be capable of stairs when you enter to either go up or down. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group but might be for elderly or others with health issues. Overall an excellent property! We really enjoyed our stay and the whole region. If you can, catch the sunset at Rockaway Beach less than 10 minutes away!

Awesome property for family gatherings with plenty of room to gather together, and spread out when needed. The owners have thought of everything you may need - great amenities for cooking, grilling, outdoor heater, fireplace, big TV, etc... Gorgeous views of the mountains from the patio and upstairs bedrooms. Absolutely comfortable for 2 families to gather with teenage kids to celebrate 80 yr old moms' birthday. 5 minutes drive to pacifica beaches, 20 minutes to half moon bay, 30 minutes to SF. Pool was super fun with pool toys, towels, everything you need to have fun. Cleanliness #1 and interior design is beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My family and I had a reunion for the first time since the pandemic started and stayed in Jessica and Alan's amazing home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It is no easy task to corral / organize / please 13 people spanning 3 generations so it is high praise to say that everyone in our part was absolutely blown away by the quality of the home and all the amazing attention to details. We were excited by the listing itself but the actual home went above and beyond our expectations. Jessica and Alan were super attentive and communicative throughout the months long process of our planning this trip and were incredibly gracious in providing additional accommodations for our family's many requests. We were also very appreciative of how kid friendly their home was given the three rambunctious young ones in our group. They also provided some welcome snacks and breakfast essentials in the fridge upon our arrival. Overall, everything was super clean and professional. The linens were super soft and luxurious (even more so than many hotels!) and everything was helpfully labelled. We found ourselves want for nothing and felt very well taken care of throughout. We had a minor issue with the heating and Alan came right over to figure it out. Thank you Jessica and Alan for such an amazing family Thanksgiving!

Absolutely a lovely getaway. Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, asked if there was anything they could do to ensure our stay was good, and had quick communication prior to and during our stay. They even left a little birthday surprise as they knew that’s what we were celebrating. Pool was lovely, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfy, blankets cozy, house was very clean, two fridges for extra storage of drinks if needed. Quick drive Into town and to the beach. We definitely will look to see if this home is available again when we are looking for out next getaway. We loved the number of bedrooms as well as it afforded people their own rooms if they wanted them. Absolutely an amazing house, with amazing hosts!

This is a great property! Our extended family stayed at Park Pacifica and we had a fantastic time. The owners were very accommodating regarding our arrival and departure times. They stocked the house with requested foods and snacks (even left a birthday card for my mother). They were a pleasure to deal with. The house is perfect for larger groups - a large, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living areas. The deck has a lovely view and the heated pool was enjoyed by all. Each morning we walked to San Pedro Park to take spectacular hikes. The house is in a residential neighborhood, but is close to the airport and to San Francisco. It is a great jumping off point for whatever you want to do in the Bay Area.

Without hesitation I'd recommend this home. It is in a great location; very well-kept and stocked with all the daily amenities you'll ever need. We were a family of 6 and there was no problem choosing bedrooms (beds were super comfortable!). and the bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. When we vacation we always look for a house with a pool, and this one didn't disappoint us! It was heated so early morning and evening swims were popular with the kids. Prior to our visit I told our hosts that we were celebrating my grandson's high school graduation, my eldest daughter's birthday and my grandson's girlfriend's birthday. When we arrived there were personalized cards for each one of them. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. The hosts responded quickly to my questions and were great offering suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We were treated like family; not guests in their home. If I could give the 10 stars I would.

Jessica and Alan's beautiful home was perfect for our multi-age group of 12. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and accomodating -- definitely in the top 10% of my experience with other rentals. The house is extremely well laid out and appointed for two families or a group of our size. The pool was a terrific place to relax for the kids and their parents, in particular. Parking is tight -- but totally workable. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. This location in Pacifica is in a "sunbelt" -- and the weather was awesome. Lovely suburban location but with quick access to SFO and SF. Recommended 100%!

The Pacifica property is a gem. Located a few minutes from the beach in Pacifica, a quaint and welcoming community of 40,000 people. The house itself is located in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood. The property is entirely renovated, tastefully decorated and perfect for a group of our size. It is beautifully decorated and everything is tasteful and purposeful. The house is open and welcoming for family activities, with a perfect assortment of bedrooms with different configurations. The owners could not have been more welcoming and gracious. We did meet the owner/husband when checking in , which was a nice touch. In summary, stunning property set in a peaceful canyon in the perfect locale for exploring the city or the coast. You will not be disappointed in the property, fairly priced for location and amenities. My grandkids loved the pool! Dr. S

Upon arriving to the house, we quickly realized that it was a lot smaller than what was advertised in the pictures. The house is located in a cul de sac and the houses are very close together, judging from how we could see the entirety of our neighbors’ backyards. It has a small swimming pool for kids, but the neighborhood itself was not kid friendly. The trash bins were full at check in so we requested extra space to take out our trash but the host blatantly ignored us. There are security cameras in multiple places: the garage, backyard, swimming pool, and front door. On my first night, I got 3 calls from the host demanding us to quiet down, move things around, etc. even though our family was just trying to watch a movie in the living room. It became clear she was watching us through the cameras throughout our entire stay. Finally, the cleaning services charge is humongous – yet, this was the most demanding check out request list I’ve ever seen. We had to clean the entire house which involved washing the linens and towels we used. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the cleaning charge wasn’t the highest I’ve ever paid for a rental house. Overall, our vacation was ruined by the hosts.

We had the pleasure of staying in Jessica and Alan’s home. It is fully appointed with everything we needed to cook for ourselves but plenty of dining options are nearby. The view of mountains from the back deck provided a picturesque backdrop while swimming in the pool. The park nearby was great for hiking and running where we kept a watchful eye for mountain lions but thankfully, only saw deer, bunnies and birds. The beds were all comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows and crisp linens on arrival. The neighborhood is full of friendly people who care for their homes and gardens with pride. We highly recommend both Jessica and Alan and their beautiful home.
