Wonderful home and perfect to enjoy a family getaway. Spacious so everyone has their own private area but open living area to enjoy time together. Host is wonderful. Easy to ski at Loon with free shuttle to mountain.

Had an amazing time at this property. We were there with family, 4 adults and 6 kids. Extremely clean, plenty of space, view was beautiful. Owner was available for any questions and response time was prompt. Looking forward to staying at this property again next year!

My girlfriends and I stayed here with our 6 kids for a quick trip to Santa’s Village. The condo was perfect for 3 families as we all had plenty of room, and several bathrooms. The view of the river off the deck was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. We would love to return here for future trips.

The place and view were beautiful. Plenty of room for al of us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and made many memories while there.

Visited recently with 3 adult couples. Hard to find a couch that will fit 6 adults, but this place has it! The kitchen and dining area were great for eating in, especially as the area restaurants get super busy. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio overlooking the river. Checkout procedures were simple and timely communication was provided.

Waking up to coffee on the deck with the river rushing right past started each day off the right way. Well stocked, clean, convenient location, plenty room for the 9 of us. Enjoyed the clubhouse pools and hot tub too. Great hosts, beautiful views, we’ll be booking this one again!

This property is lovely, with a large private deck overlooking the river. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. We had a small issue upon check-in, but Kevin was easy to contact and he handled it immediately. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future!

We loved the openness and it being an end unit. Very roomy, plenty of rooms for all of us! Loved the back deck overlooking the River, eating out back with a glass of wine and breakfast coffee in the morning, listening to the rushing water, absolutely beautiful, even a man fly fishing one time! Another added bonus on the day we were packing up a Momma Bear and her cub came up the road and then ran into the woods! Kids loved it!! Everything was perfect from the inquiries which received prompt responses, extremely clean and well laid out to accommodate our 3 families. Easy check in, wonderful views and great location. Everything about this home made for a perfect off-season trip to the White Mountains. The condo is lovely and the balcony overlooking the Pemi is truly amazing! Adults and teens alike had a very relaxing and memorable weekend. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, and hope to be able to return ourselves in the future.

Surprise 65th birthday weekend for my husband. When we pulled up to the house he had tears in his eyes. Two other couples arrived later to celebrate. The house had something for everyone. Hot tub, pool table, home theater and more. Such a fun and relaxing house to enjoy time with friends. The pillows and beds were fluffy and comfortable. Lots of warm, soft blankets throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. A large table that comfortably sat all of us. The house was so clean that it was like no guests were there before us. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. We ate at Fire and Ice restaurant. Awesome food at reasonable prices. Great memories were made this weekend!!!

We love the area and the Pemi River especially, so we were thrilled to grab some of the last available summer days at this amazing property directly on the river. The views and the sound of the river from the enormous deck were absolutely perfect. The house itself was huge - three floors of living - and more than ample for our family of four. Our boys were like Goldilocks choosing the perfect beds/bedroom - there were many to choose from, and all very soft and cozy. The updated kitchen is open to the living area and well stocked with everything you could need if you choose to stay in for meals (we grilled one night and had breakfasts before setting off for our days' adventures - there is so much to do in Lincoln, Woodstock, Franconia, etc., all very close for eager kids). Restaurants in town are great, too, and just a short walk or drive away; nearby Littleton is amazing, with a great food and brew scene if that's of interest. Two TVs with tons of viewing apps to keep the kids happy during down time. The pool onsite was lovely, just a few steps away, and we had it all to ourselves one afternoon. Finally, Kevin and Shayna were incredibly informative and kind hosts, with very clear and succinct information and quick responses to our communications, but not at all intrusive. Really the perfect VRBO owners/managers. All in all, I can't imagine a better place to stay when traveling in the area. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or for families, and even multiple families would be comfortable in the spacious property. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay again!

Have stayed at Lincoln Station NH many times but this unit was by far the best. Condo was spotless, uncluttered and very nicely renovated. River view from deck was awesome. Family of six adults and one toddler had plenty of room to spread out. Finally, owners were great to work with too. Couldn’t ask for any better location to stay in Lincoln NH

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation (6 adults and 2 children). The lower level worked out great for my family with two little kids as we didn't disturb the rest of the family in the mornings. The property had everything we needed and more (the pictures don't do it justice). The best part is the deck overlooking the river; perfect place to relax and read. Kevin was a great host and super responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely go back.

I could not recommend this house more if you are looking for a vacation at loon mountain. Living room is perfect for everyone to hang out and then the rooms upstairs and downstairs are perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we were able to go to Woodstock inn which is 7 minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend Away in the Lincoln area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and conveniently located. Scenic views of the river and mountain off the back porch. Plenty of room as advertised. I would highly recommend.

I had my family visit from Virginia and we stayed here for 3 nights. The owner was very responsive if i had any questions by text. We had a problem in the basement floor with water but was very attentive to our concerns. It was a beautiful place and the sound of the river was amazing. Hoping to stay there again in future..

We stayed here for a long weekend in July. We were two families with 6 kids under 10 yrs of age. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from back deck is incredible so sitting outside for meals and drinks was really wonderful. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool very much. Because of covid the indoor pool and hot tub were closed which was unfortunate because we got a lot of rain that weekend. The property owners were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

The view of the Pemi is amazing and there was plenty of room for our family and extended family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner in. The owners were very responsive whenever we had a question. We would rent again, and probably will. Thanks again

Did a 5 day family vacation here with 9 people and it was perfect. Enough space for people to spend time together or alone time, kitchen big enough to make family breakfasts and dinners; location that is close t o Lincoln, Woodstock, the Kancamagas and Loon Mountain; two large televisions, laundry, enough bathrooms to support 9 people; a back deck overlooking the Pemi River and South Slope of Loon....just perfect!
