We loved the house and location. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Crystal River. We spent hours everyday just watching the water to see Manatee, gators, and crabs. So much fun!

This property was exactly as described. We had a wonderful week here. There were 4 kayaks and 4 bikes that we used while we were there. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. And we loved the location, as it was close to all the activities that we had planned.

Perfect for us! We arrived to a clean, well maintained, and full of fun amenities for our family! We enjoyed kayaking and saw many manatees only a short way down the water way. We enjoyed fishing, playing ping pong, darts, eating outside in the Florida room, and playing so many games. The place was decorated so cute with comfy beds and comfortable bathrooms. There were also little extras that were nice touches. It was a short drive to the grocery store, ice cream parlor, and beach. Our only negative was we didn’t book long enough. We wished we stayed longer.

It’s hard to decide what our kids loved more— the hot tub, the dart board, the ping pong table, the kayaks?! My daughter even pulled her little brother in the wagon through the backyard. This house set up is so kid-friendly and fun. Highly recommend!

What I would say about the property is "location, location, location." The home was very comfortable with many amentitees and lots of activities close to or at the property. Thanks for providing a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. A minor hiccup checking in was quickly resolved and the weekend was smooth sailing (or should o say kayaking) after that. We enjoyed all the amenities from kayaking, ping pong, the hot tub and fire pit. Quick drives to restaurants, grocery stores and area attractions made this an ideal location! Definitely recommend for families with children as their were plenty of beds, games, books and space inside and out.

Pictures need to be updated, hot water was luke warm. Appliances need to be upgraded to cook fish, no fryer or good cookware very limited.

We could not be more pleased with a last minute booking with Tiffani. Our visit to Crystal River was even more enjoyable because the home exceeded our expectations. The home is perfectly located and includes ammenities not normally found in VRBO rentals. The hot tub, kayaks and ping pong table are an added bonus and the kitchen is well stocked . Another couple stayed with us at the Blue Door. We made meals together in the large kitchen, kayaked on the river and saw an eagle & manatee, star gazed while walking the neighborhood, sat on the dock for sunset, played ping pong on the patio. It was a relaxing weekend with lots of laughter. There's plenty of everything you'd need for your stay; they thought of everything!

Worked well for fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. The games were lots of fun!

House is perfect for a scallop trip. Quick access to the river, fresh water at the dock. I have a 25’ boat and we had no problem getting in and out even at low tide. Hot tub was a great way to end the day

We had a great time in Crystal River. This area has always been on our bucket list and our first visit didn’t disappoint. The house was perfect for our family. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was perfect for us. We were able to kayak right from the house with the use of kayaks. We were able to go right to the manatees! We were also able to do some nice leisurely bike rides from the house as well. Very friendly neighborhood. Communication was great with the owners. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub bonus! Definitely recommend the wildlife park and the little shops in Crystal River. Great steaks and seafood at the WinnDixie to grill right at house.

This was an absolutely beautiful oasis!! We will definitely be returning. The owners thought of everything! So much to do in the area as well as within the home and yard. Truly fantastic!!

The owners were great right from the start! The place smelled great & was very clean! My 5 year old son left a stuff animal there by mistake that he had just received from his teacher for graduating VPK & they were so kind & went out of their way to mail it to us! We’ll definitely return!

We loved staying in this charming, updated house that was just off of Crystal River; a perfect location for our scalloping trip! The house had everything we needed, the dock was perfect for our 27’ boat and we enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. A great time was had by all!

The dock was deep enough for our 27’ boat and was extremely easy to navigate straight out to Crystal River. The hosts thought of everything and made our stay perfect! We were very satisfied with this clean, comfortable house. Location is asy to get to everything but still private. Great neighborhood. Relaxed friendly atmosphere and had everything we needed to keep everyone in our large group happy! We would definitely rent here again.

This property has everything and more, very comfortable and roomy, quite neighborhood. We were able to get a 24 ft boat and 34 ft boat in and out of the canal. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. And want to mention, practice your pingpong skills before you get there if you want to rule the table. Lastly I will rent again very good value for all.

Crystal River is one of our favorite places ever, and now this House is one of our favorite rentals ever! The house was immaculately clean and felt fresh and new. They thought of everything. The beds were AMAZING. My kids said theirs were like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. There are tons of blankets and towels and all of the décor is so cute! It really feels like a little coastal getaway. This house is also full of extras. We spent hours playing ping pong, throwing darts, and playing all of the outdoor games they provided (ladder golf, bean bag toss, and over sized jenga). There were plenty of indoor and outdoor games we didn't even have time to play. We also loved the outdoor time grilling, kayaking right from the back yard, and fishing off of the dock. The kids loved watching all of the little crabs crawling around near the dock. Other things we loved- - The kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings and other cooking necessities. - There were plenty of life jackets in a variety of sizes. - Tons of blankets and towels are provided. You don't need to bring any! - Everything was very kid friendly. It is super cute and well decorated, but you don't childproof everything as soon as you get there. You can be totally comfortable. - It was really great to park under the carport and have a shady not-so-hot vehicle to get into. - Too many extras to even name them all. We even found a little cooler to take on a boating adventure one day and a screwdriver for a toy fix. This house really has everything you could need!
