The house was convenient and well laid out for the kind of party we were. Cleanliness left something to be desired. The mattress pad and blanket in the downstairs bedroom had to be laundered immediately as there were "bodily fluids" on them. There was also no laundry detergent, but there was bleach, no paper towels or toilet paper so we bought those items and left them, along with hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. The dryer had sand in it, most of which we vacuumed out but it probably needs a more thorough cleaning. We took pictures of damaged items on the property un case the matter came up, but they were comparatively minor.

We had pets with us. The yard was not cleaned up by prior guests or cleaners. It was full of fallen limbs.The bathrooms and kitchen were clean although floors throughout the house were not. There was pet hair under the beds and furniture. The check in process is inconvenient having to drive into town. After we cleaned we enjoyed our stay

Quiet, pet-friendly place to stay. Had a wonderful trip.

Photos show a large drive stated for 3 vehicles ,unless diving a smart car not possible. House was very dirty, spent half first day cleaning. Then had to go buy ant traps. House layout was nice. Yard was best part just had to watch for dog poop from previous renters while trying to clean up after ours. But we cleaned it also, why not?? Driveway maybe 20 long and 15 wide at widest point. Overpriced for what it is, oh and Realty company said not sure how to avoid running to OC for keys funny maybe could use lock box located on rear deck. Or have one of realtors slouched in their chairs talking on phone deliver key, many options if they wanted to

Love Ocean Pines! All the amenities! Close to Ocean city. Without hustle and bustle

Everything was nice as listed. Beds were comfy, hot water for everyone. TV’s in living room, 2 bedrooms, none in kids room. Kitchen was stocked for cooking. There were seasonings but no salt. Wifi worked well. No ice maker. There was a cooler for the beach and ice packs and ice trays. We got the linen package. Plenty of bath towels, crab hammers, no bugs around. Overall great stay.

The master bathroom was very small. Didn’t know until after we booked we had to go into Ocean City to pick keys up and return at a real estate/rental company.

The cleaning of the property is what caused the less than 5 stars. Bath products were left in the shower, towels were still in the dryer and the coffee pot was disgusting. There was also food in the sink. So it makes my think the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were not cleaned or these items would have been discovered and addressed
