Location
This unit had fleas. We had to vacate in the night and the rental agency and booking refused to refund my money. Do not book a unit here through booking.

I loved the location and that it was easy access into the property (parking and then getting into the rental). I loved the murphy bed. We have 3 small kids so we do not need a huge rental and so this was perfect. We enjoyed exploring all day, downtown Saugatuck, Douglas and we went to Modales Winery in Fennville. We loved the Star of Saugatuck and had some excellent meals and coffee! I highly recommend Penny Royal Cafe. We were able to hike up Mt. Baldhead and then go to Oval Beach. Perfect Fall long weekend.
Nothing in anyone's control! We had some rainy weather but can't change that, we made the most of it though !

Nicely decorated and very clean. Great space for two people. Was nice to have a seating and kitchen area. Shower was good. Parking right out front, free and spacious. Great bug screens on all windows meant that windows could be opened for cooling.
This apartment has two bedrooms and would be terrible for two couples. Very narrow on either side of the bed and nowhere to put your suitcase in either bedrooms as room too small. Small bathroom no bench space. Line of 4 large rubbish bins are your patio screen. 15 min walk into Saugatuck. Very noisy aircon that wasn’t quite up to cooling. Room was the same as I the pictures but more used in real life. Kitchen had a coffee machine but no coffee, sweetener or milk…would I stay again? No.

Location was great. It was small, but really nice and clean. I love that there were board games and everything was labeled/clearly marked. I liked that every reservation was assigned parking spots. All of the appliances we used worked perfectly. The atmosphere of the room was comfortable.
Even though the people next door were not being loud, you could hear them through the walls in the bedroom. I wish I would have brought ear plugs or a sound machine. I would suggest a mirror in the bedroom (so someone could put make-up on while the bathroom is being used as well as to give the appearance of being bigger), hooks in the bathroom to hang a robe or towel, and Bluetooth speakers for the TV so someone can sleep in the Murphy bed under the TV without the speaker being so loud if someone wants to watch TV.

it was just the right size for a two night stay with three people. The little seating area outside was perfect for breakfast.
hairs were found on the bathroom floor and within the bed. The paper roll was already halfway used and no extra toilet paper was provided.

Zero coffee for the coffeemaker. You need to let people know that so they come prepared!!

This property was very nice, clean, far enough away for chaos but close enough to walk everywhere.
The only issue with this property is that the walls are very thin!! You could hear everything that was being said next door. Not sure if it was their bedroom or the family space, but from our bedroom we could hear the neighbors talk.

Good location, and nice and clean.
The toilet was loose,sink was wobbly. You can't latch the bathroom door. The blinds on the door were broken.The temperature fluctuates in the shower a lot.You can't sit outside because the trash stinks. You have to leave the bedroom doors open because there is no central air just a window unit in the living. Smelled a bit musty but it was clean.The flour get wet every time you take a shower.

Thought it would be a little more spacious when described as a condo. But unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Overall the surroundings felt very safe and the grounds were very pretty

It was a nice place settled in a beautiful landscaped yard. It was 3 or 4 block walk in to town.
It was great for what we needed the space for.

It was a nice setup for getting to know other travelers.
There was a Murphy bed in the living room but the listing was did not specify that it was a Murphy bed. We didn’t see anything in the room that opened up into a bed and there were no instructions in the unit to explain the set up or how to use. The property owners were non- responsive and I had to get Booking.com involved to even figure out the it was supposed to have a bed in the living room. I slept on an uncomfortable couch during my stay and the property owners wouldn’t respond to my request for some time of compensation reimbursement for their lack of communication.
