We had three separate families coming together for a reunion. We had kids ranging 5-15. The worked out perfectly. Everyone had space, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of games and activities… everyone was happy! The owner is attentive and considerate. Great place!

I have stayed at many places that left much to be desired, but this place was above par in comparison to those places. This house and all that comes with it was very well thought out by the owners for a convenient stay by its visitors. I traveled with my kids (9 total), my husband, sister in law, and her dog. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, but also hang out together. Everyone had a great time with one another and we did not feel cramped. The basement had a lot of activities and lounge space, and so did the outside space. The main level of the floor was super convenient for me because there were no stairs to worry with when it comes to my 15 month old and my 9 year old with autism. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want and more. I had to work during a few a days of my stay and there was a space to do that and also life was easy there because the house had everything. I did not need to bring anything other than our clothes and buy food. The location was pretty private for the most part, but the neighbor at the top of the hill has some seriously bright flood lights that shined into the windows and lit up the entire front yard. Also, the main road, although not visible, is right there so you hear all the vehicles pass when outside. I suppose most people would not spend as much time as we did at the house, so that may not be an issue for them. I will say, though, that you can't really hear the vehicles that much while in the house. The house was super clean when we got there and I did not feel like I had to bomb it with disinfectant. Sylvester was easy to get in touch with and I had no issues with communication with him. Only thing that I will say is the price of the stay was very high. I have not stayed at VRBO properties before, so that was a MAJOR sticker shock. I wish the cost was not so high because I could have had two beach trips for the cost of this one, but the time we traveled in July is always more money.

I can’t believe that my family and I found a home that hit all of our checkboxes! This home is amazing, spacious, has so many amenities and is ridiculously clean and accommodating. Sylvester is an amazing host and his communication is open and inviting from the very start. His home is so logistically thought out that we did not have a single question our entire stay! There are so many games and amenities available that we never had a dull moment. Even our pups had a great time! I ended up leaving my keys behind and Sylvester went above and beyond to give me a call. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality! We would love to revisit in the future!

To start, communicating with Sylvester was soooo easy! Anything I had questions about, he was so quick and effective with his responses. I appreciated that so much! The pictures does not do this house justice! Seeing it in person was even better than what my husband and I was expecting. Our friends enjoyed the game room!!! We honestly didn’t even play the games we brought because the game room had so many there to choose from. Everything was clean and tidy! My favorite room was definitely the kitchen. It’s so big, has EVERYTHING you need to make a meal, not to mention the night we grilled, it was perfect! Our little getaway for the week was definitely worth it. Thank you Sylvester for everything! Will definitely be visiting in the near future 😁👍🏾

Our stay at Castle Rock Acres was very relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very attentive and responded asap to our questions before and during our trip. It’s clear he takes pride in hosting guests at his home and is concerned about their happiness during the stay. The home itself is wonderful. Although it was just my spouse and me, we thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities, games and amenities provided. This house has it all; from a sauna to multiple grills and seating options outside. We took full advantage of everything. The kitchen is the best stocked of a rental home that we’ve seen. It’s all very thoughtfully and logically laid out also. It was a pleasure to sit outside and watch the squirrels play in the backyard while drinking our morning coffee. There’s total seclusion and privacy in the backyard, which we appreciated. If you’re considering booking, just do it. You won’t have any regrets.

Our bachelor weekend at this property was fantastic. All we were hoping for was a nice relaxing weekend with a lot of time outdoors, and this place did not disappoint. We took advantage of pretty much everything offered outside, and had virtually no complaints. Where else can you find a place with hammocks, a fire pit with a grill grate option, a fire table, an outdoor projector & speaker, a huge deck, a grill AND flat top grill AND smoker, and more? You can't - we looked. On the rare occasion we had a question, the owner was extremely responsive and got back to us right away. If we ever do another weekend like this, this property would be our first stop to look into.

This house was by far the best house me and my guest have stayed in. The host made our experience 10 times more enjoyable. From booking this house to checking in he made sure we was comfortable. He welcomed us to his house like we were family. He is an all around 5 star host!!! The house compliments the host it was everything we could ask for. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on coming back. 🥰🤗
