We had a multi-family Christmas vacation, with 9 adults and 8 kids + 2 dogs coming from 3 different states. Anthony communicated wonderfully and often, allowed us to check in early and offered suggestions for places to visit. He then checked in on us later in the day of our check in to make sure everything was how it should be. He followed up his communication with checking on us on check out day and wishing us Happy Holidays. His goal really is to make sure your family has a great time. The game house provided endless entertainment for kids and adults - the hot tub was amazing at night in the dark. We used the main grill one night as well. Our dogs and smaller kids loved all of the open space and investigating the creeks and hammocks. My only suggestion is *more seating* it was difficult for the smaller kids to use the bar stools and the main level has plenty of space for extra furniture. Other than that, we still had the most fantastic time and made the best memories. I will always recommend Anthony's properties to anyone heading to Blairsville - he was an amazing host!

We had a wonderful time. The property exceeded our expectation. It was beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect combination of getting away and hanging out.

We spent a week at Beaver Run. The place is amazing. We enjoyed the secluded wide-open spaces. Our children were able to have a space of their own in the game room/guest house. The place in centrally located giving us the opportunity to visit several nearby towns during the week. Anthony is a great host! Highly Recommend!

We rented for a family vacation with 11 adults and 7 kids under 8. The creek was an awesome place to hangout and relax along with the incredible game room. It had every game imaginable and the adults and kids had a great time playing all the games. The owner of the property was very kind and welcoming and gave us great recommendations for area attractions. Would definitely rent again!

This property is a must stay. I could not recommend it more highly. The game room has it all - full arcade, bar, and bar sports (pool, shuffle board, darts) - and is decorated on point! The backyard is outdoor enthusiast's dream with a fire pit, outdoor grilling area, a creek, and acres of open space for outdoor activities. Anthony was the best host I've ever encountered. He checked in both before, after, and during my stay to ensure our group had everything we needed. I can't wait to stay here again!

Our large, extended family spent five nights and four days here, and we enjoyed every minute! We were surprised to find ourselves arriving at the beginning of a heat wave, and the creek became our favorite place to be. Each day, many of us could be found sitting in the creek, watching the kids play, trying to stay cool while outside. The AC inside was a blessing, and having the game room/extra building to spread out in was awesome. Many pool tournaments were played over the week, and everyone had a fabulous time. Our communication with the owner was fast and so helpful, any issues we had were resolved quickly, and his property manager is so kind and helpful! We would be so happy to stay here again one day!

Massive property with plenty to do. We hardly left. Great outdoor barbecue area and fire pit. Kids played in the creek or on tree swings and when inside played all day in the game room/guest house. No cell availability but WiFi in main and guest gives you easy access to FaceTime calls to reach out to family and friends.

We had such a great time at this place it is well set up for a large family. The Game room was a great place with lots to do. I would highly recommend it to any family who wants to get away from it all. Lots to do and lots to see. Thank you Doug

Had a great time. Very nice cabin and great property. Not common to find a cabin in the woods with this much open flat land. Also property owner very responsive and nice.
