Convenient. Clean. Nice staff. Very comfortable beds.

The room layout with strange. I didn’t like the institutional jail type door for the bathroom that closed by itself because it was so heavy and it opened outwards which wasted a lot of space and was very awkward to get into the room. The shower pumps did not work well at all. The bathroom sink pumps were so far away from the actual sink it was comical. I could barely reach it Because I am only about 5 feet tall. If you were handicapped you definitely would not be able to use it. There were Not Enough hooks In the right places. For instance, there should have been at least one hook next to the mirror by the front door. That whole front door area was a total waste of space an awkward because of the bathroom door opening outwards. it was too expensive for a mediocre room. The breakfast was especially bad. Everything tastes so bland. The coffee was very watered down so it was barely drinkable. The 1st cup of coffee I poured Needed to be thrown out because the milk half and half container was apparently old or bad because it curdled when I poured in the coffee.

It was clean and it's near to facilities like Costco, Starbucks, etc..

Didn't like the food choices for breakfast.. The aircon gets a little loud and wakes me up.

Breakfast was a great spread. I was really happy to see soy milk offered! Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is brand new, the room was spacious and well equipped; Ukiah is perfectly located for a stopover en route to the Redwoods Parcs; pretty good breakfast for this type of hotel

It's a Beautiful, brand new hotel. It's designed to be clean and comfortable. The lobby attracts groups of people to sit and hang out to talk, watch tv or eat. The parking lot felt safe, and secure. It's pet friendly, and no smoking!

The bed and bathroom facilities were designed for very tall people. The bathroom door was hung in such a way to make entering it, extremely awkward. It can cause working around it with two people to be problematic. The hotel is next to a small airport, which they actually use in the middle of the night. Small , private, propeller planes do take off in 20 degree fog at night , about a football field away.
