The property has Kayaks, hot tub, ping pong table, board games, lawn games, fishing poles, bicycles etc. All kids were content with everything the property had to offer.

Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was great. TV/streaming service great. Comfortable recliners in LR. Pretty, quiet riverside. Fire pit. Clean. Easy check-in. Responsive host. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for family. Convenient location to attractions. Pingpong table. Nice screened outdoor area with table, chairs, and hot tub. We were two couples, and totally enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and comfortable and beautifully laid out. Everything was there for fun and relaxation. The beds and the hot tub were heavenly. Kayaks and bikes were there too. The kitchen was well equipped and large. We enjoyed the ping pong . We chose to rent a boat at Plantation which was nearby. We could dock it in the canal right in front of our place. The location was convenient to everything. It was a tropical paradise! The owners were friendly and caring and readily available. The charming town of Crystal River is close. There are many restaurant options. Three Sisters Springs is a must see. We swam, snorkled and explored the pristine Crystal River. And it was scallop season ! We hope to return.

Nothing…..it exceeded our expectations…..

The house was perfect for our group! We had our 4 grands and one extra adult. The beds are very comfy. The hot tub is a definite plus! The location is perfect to experience the springs! The owner was heaven to work with; very accommodating.

It just happened that the yard was being redone when we were there. It didn’t really affect us; and the owner reimbursed us some money for the inconvenience.

The River House was fantastic, beautifully decorated and had everything we could have wanted to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable; comfy beds and sofa, lots of space, large well appointed kitchen, hot tub, ping pong, kayaks, BBQ, games, books, beach chairs, all in a beautiful and convenient location. The hosts were also super helpful, friendly and accommodating, even when we asked to extend our stay by another night at the last minute. Thank You.
