Staff very friendly and helpful Massage and swimming pool Location in city center

Extremely clean, great swimming pool, perfect family room, delicious breakfast with lots of different choices of fruit, bread, cheese, juices, etc. Factory restaurant highly recommended for dinner.

We were happily surprised with our room, the warm indoor pool environment, and more than that, by the quality of the brasserie restaurant attached. It got quite busy with locals on a weekday, with good reason. Good food and ambiance.

Family suite is great for 2 adults 2 kids under 5 and a baby. Dominique and Sandrine are exceptional and could not have been more helpful.

very comfortable hotel, excellent and friendly staff, room and shower very good all facilities you need in a room. there is an adjacent spa but we were only there for 1 night so did not get to use it, there is also an adjacent large restaurant called The Factory food was very good as was the service, breakfast was in a nice room off the hotel, good amount of food and choice available. The lady on reception was exceptional!

would have been nice if you could walk to a town, it was on a retail pk , which was not a major problem for us as we had our car and we are in the restaurant, it was quite at night so sleeping was not a problem.

We arrived on a Sunday for a one night stay. The manager Sandrine could not have been more helpful. Despite the restaurant being closed she offered several alternative options for us, and provided use of the dining room when we got a take away.

Can't think of anything I didn't like really.

The parking was not large enough for the venue.

they have live-music parties at the hotel restaurant and the entire wing of the hotel was vibrating until 11pm. Bad, bad music and instruments. noise not music.

The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. They would approach you and assist you beofre you'd even ask. Free parking on site. Small but nice breakfast buffet. Room was clean and good size.

Location and the hotel decor... First of all check the hotel location on the map to avoid disappointing discovery as its on the industrial estate between mcdonalds and cheap F1 hotels. The hotel looks nice only on the photos but it's only the concrete/plastic facade. Inside it looks like a cheap made motorway/ 1 star b&b which i dont mind but not for €200 euros a night! Ikea style random decoration and paintings, wooden like panels glued to the walls that started to come off already and the back of the hotel is like a delivery site. Reception staff was exceptional but do avoid this expensive mistake.

Great care of our needs even with amazing Gluten free thibgs for my gaughter and special treat to our dog. beds extremely confortable and really good spa. had food prepared for our late arrival.

the location is not great because of surroundings but ince there you forget about it

Everything was perfect. The staff, room, swimming pool and restaurant were all great. You even manage to forget that the hotel and the restaurant are in the middle of a commercial area.

You could improve the breakfast, which was not up to the standards of the hotel and the restaurant. More variety of breads, cheeses and cold and hot meats, as well as fresh fruit would be appreciated.

Very nice modern and clean property and amazing staff.
