To be so close to downtown Helen this cabin is in a peaceful, quiet wooded area and very private. Everything we needed was available to grill and cook and enjoy family time together. It’s very lovely and we will definitely rent again in the future.

This cabin was beautiful and the location was amazing. Very Clean and well kept but if you are traveling with a member of your group that uses a wheelchair please be aware it is NOT wheelchair friendly at all. While it does have a ramp the pathway to the ramp is gravel with large rocks which make is almost impossible to access with a wheelchair. Also once inside the cabin the hallway to the 2 downstairs bedrooms is too narrow to turn a wheelchair into the bedrooms so we had to carry our adult daughter from the kitchen area to her bedroom each time and leave her wheelchair in the kitchen. It made for a long week for her as well as my husband who did all the heavy lifting. The cabin was beautiful and if you are not traveling with a person in a wheelchair I highly recommend it but if you are traveling with a wheelchair I advise you keep looking this is not going to be the cabin for your stay......we sadly did not realize that until we already arrived and just had to make the best of it. Perhaps the owners would consider updating their description to prevent others from making the mistake we did.

Absolutely the most relaxing cabin ever! Super clean, everything we needed was included. The forest surrounding the cabin was greatly enjoyed on the large porch with rocking chairs. Can’t say enough about this place! We will definitely be back!!

We loved this cabin the property is nice and quiet, secluded yet right outside of town. Hoochee's river basket is the spot for breakfast from now on anytime I'm in Helen. Already can't wait to be back! See y'all next year!

My family was visiting from WA and wanted to show them northern Georgia and Helen. The location of the rental was perfect, only a few minutes from Anna Ruby Falls. The home was what you would 3xpect and more for a cabin in the woods. We all felt quite comfortable (9 of us) and wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely would recommend this property!

This property is not handicapped friendly. Upon check in the alarm went off and the owners would not respond to our phone calls. We were about to leave when they finally texted. No courtesy phone call, just a text. The kitchen is not stocked with needed items as it sounds. Bring your own coffee! The location is convenient but would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay only if you’re not really handicapped. The ramp is located way in the back where you cannot back up to or travel on using a motorized wheelchair or even a manual wheelchair. There is tons of gravel/rocks and stone plates on the ground leading up to the accessible ramp where no one can reach it, so imagine toting a person with CP up a flight of stairs to get into the home; did not enjoy this piece at all. And to make matters a little worse in that aspect, the door frames and space inside are not accessible as well. The only place accessible may be the downstairs bathroom with all the extra space but not one single handicap bar in sight. Also, when trying to get ahold of the property owners in a timely fashion, no one answered until the very last call (called 4+ times). Other than these things, home was clean and accommodated the rest of the group. But I DO NOT recommend if anyone is in need of accessibility.

It was an awesome location. Very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. Just be aware there is no dishwasher. We enjoyed the fire pit one night. One suggestion would be to add hooks for towels in the bathrooms.

The cabin was in a great location, close enough to Helen, which is where we were going for our family vacation. We even saw a doe one day. There was a few issues we ran into on the cabin, and when I tried to contact the owners about it, I received no reply. The sink in the kitchen had a leak, which we put a bowl under it to help. And the microwave 'worked' but never actually heated up anything placed inside; 7 minutes of trying to warm a bottle for the baby and it was still ice cold. We did end up replacing the AC filter, which looked like it was supposed be changed in June, because it was very dusty, and we were all sneezing the first two days. Personally I think a dishwasher would be helpful; which was also my own fault because I assumed there was one.

We had a great experience with this property! As a group of 8 adults, it was very roomy and accommodating for all of us. This is a great location as well, only a few minutes to Helen and very close to some of the other towns that have “touristy” things to do. I would recommend this rental to others.
