The house is very close to the main road but away from the traffic. The check-in process was very smooth. The home is updated, spacious, and clean. It was well-stocked with needed amenities for cooking, showering, etc. It’s easy to park and it’s located in a convenient location near the town of Hurricane, with around a 20 minute drive to Zion National Park. The large fourth bedroom/office was particularly nice for our family to work and watch tv in. The host was super responsive and our stay was very pleasant.

Perfect home for the seven of us. Lovely back patio and yard and comfortable rooms and beds. Plenty of room for us to enjoy each others company. Feels like a resort!

The place was very enjoyable with new modern updates and plenty of thought out conveniences. The place was easy to find and conveniently located to make the trip to Zion National Park and surrounding restaurants. We really enjoyed the backyard and the comfy bed in the master bedroom!

It is a very well maintained property. It is easy to visit Zion from it. The host, Jeremy, kindly provided helpful tips on the house and Zion. Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

Looks brand new and is very large and spacious. We loved it. Four rooms and three bathrooms.

Stay was wonderful place was very, very clean and super cute. The only negative would be the sprinkler system on a little early as we got sprayed most nights lol at 7:30 sitting outside.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The home is beautiful inside and out. It’s super spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone.We are a family of 8 and it was more than enough space. It has everything in it for you to feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Overall hands down the best experience we’ve had.

We have stayed in this house before. It is a little heaven to come back to after hiking all day. The backyard is very lovely.

My family and I went to Zion for Spring break with the kids. The house is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Appreciated the instructions beforehand and the binder provided at the house. We loved all the details in the house. There’s a great room for kids to stay. It’s also conveniently located to go restaurants and a grocery store. Didn’t take long to get to Zion and would definitely go back again.

Our family enjoyed staying at the house for our Zion trip. It had all the furnishings and amenities we needed. The Ross house is very spacious, nicely remodeled and can easily fit large groups. The house also has a nice yard and patio for warmer days. It's situated a few blocks off the main road and there are several markets, restaurants and cafes within short driving distance. Jeremy was very responsive and had helpful tips about cafes, restaurants and activities.

Overall had a wonderful experience staying here. Jeremy was always super responsive and stayed in regular communication. The house was extremely clean and well equipped for a large group / family to stay in, particularly for day trips to Zion. It is very well located with shops and restaurants fairly accessible. We definitely also appreciated the stock of board games and basic food supplies (coffee, tea, etc). Overall highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay close to Zion.

This property was perfect for our family group of hikers. A wonderful location to access Zion. Kolob Canyons & Snow Canyon. The house was welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean and has a beautiful outdoor space. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful—we hope to return!!

Great place - spacious, clean, everything in working order and nice. Close to Confluence Park (look it up - pretty cool place, with a river, old buildings, rocks, etc.) I'd stay there again!

The Ross is a beautiful and visually appealing place to stay loaded with all the extras. There is an outside “chill” place right outside the open plan living area that contains fun hanging bench swings and it is lit at nite with string bistro style lights. We only used 3 bedrooms but there is a 4th oversized bedroom with a big screen TV, a giant bean bag and games. Perfect for kids! Very modern style with so many up to date touches. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Zion National Park.

Our family of 8 stayed here over Christmas. The house is perfect for a large family, which is hard to find- especially when it’s not outrageously priced! The price point here is reasonable and it has everything you could hope for. Plenty of beds, baths, space, towels, toiletries, kitchen goods. The only thing I’d recommend would be more pots/pans as cooking for a large group can require more than the average needs, but we were able to make do just fine. We did leave some new games and toys behind for the next family to enjoy as there wasn’t much for the littles do but watch tv. The location is great for folks wanting to explore southern Utah and all its beauty. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Views are wonderful. There’s even a hike down to the river behind the town that’s just wonderful. The owner leaves lots of helpful tips and recommendations for places. We would 100% stay here again. Will recommend to friends who plan to visit the area!

We stayed here so we could visit Zion National Park, which is an easy 30-minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and to house our entire family. We were quite comfortable in the plush beds with adequate pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the beautiful and private back yard. This is a great house for a family to stay together and visit a beautiful national park.

Everything was great. There were plenty towels, and all of the kitchen items you might need. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated.

We thoughly enjoyed our short zion canyon trip. The Ross is a beautiful house, well stocked with necessities and wonderfully decorated. The wifi worked flawlessly. The house has two large screen TVs. We used the one in the living room one of the nights to fire YouTube and sang along some songs. The beds and bath were all comfortable and sufficient for the six of us. The house has a wonderful patio, but we didn't get around to using it. The location was quiet and accessible. In summary, this is a very enjoyable house. I highly recommend to all
