This place is perfect and cozy. Clean and quiet. The bed it so comfy and the bathroom is very nice. The arcade game was a special touch! I will definitely stay there every time I go to Florida!!!!

Nice clean organize property . The Host I give thumbs up👍👍 especially when the light went out in the community he gave me a flashlight and assured me they would be back on soon. Before I could blink the lights were back on Thanks Mario👍👍

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The process was simple from start to finish, the communication was great, and the place was clean and orderly. Had everything we need for the three nights that we stay. There’s a beautiful park across the street and the area is safe. I highly recommend it.

Great location on Panellis Trail

Very nice and clean, great location close to the gulf and pinellas bike/walking trail. Could use laundry facilities but great otherwise.

The property was perfect for our extended stay in Florida. Mario is a fantastic host, very responsive to inquiries and above and beyond helpful. The location was outstanding with us being close to beaches, restaurants and our friends staying in the area. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

This place was better than described. It’s clean and prepared with everything we needed. It’s located next to a park and the Pinellas bike trail. There’s a private patio that we enjoyed immensely. Mario was quick to respond to my inquiries. Thank you for the great place to stay.

We stayed here for just four days to visit with family in Seminole. We're very pleased with the rental; well equipped (small) kitchen, comfortable bed and sofas. Paintings and other decorations in the unit gave it a more interesting look. There were a few nits to pick but nothing that would affect the 5 star review.

Place was incredible and so was the manager! Had everything you need and owners were very helpful at all times! Would recommend this place to all :)!

Wish I stayed longer. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Loved the space, so clean, organized and nice touchs like water in the fridge. I hope to come back and stay longer.

We had an extremely pleasant experience. The area was safe and had a nice park across the road. It is close to dining & shopping areas. We are from IN and visited family members who live a short distance away in the Pinellas Park area of FL. The guest house was super clean with updated furnishings. Bath towels/wash cloths were new and soft. Nice private outdoor patio area. Beach towels, lawn chairs, umbrella, & blue tooth speaker provided. Mario is a caring host who provided many comfort items for his guests to enhance their stay. Our only suggestion would be to put some reflectors at the edge of the driveway as it was hard to see the actual turn in spot after dark. We definitely look forward to a return stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It had everything my family needed for our trip. It was also nice to be a short drive to the beaches but able to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great.

Perfect place to stay for my 2 boys and me. They loved the video game and the house had everything we needed. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Mario was an excellent host! Handled our needs graciously and super fast! So accommodating! The private patio was awesome! Everything you need from beach towels and bath products to a great kitchen set up!! The arcade games and Jenga were a bonus and great time as well!!! Will definitely recommend!!

It took a few days to write this review because there isn’t a 10 star button. We come here 6-7 times a year. This is the best, size, location, cleanliness, and stocked with everything down to cotton balls and q-tips. We will be back over and over again and tell all our friends.

Wow! Mario is a excellent host, and the place is so cute and it had everything in it that you would need, towels, dishes, pots, silverware,it was really a very quiet and cute. Mad beach is only about 7 mins from the apt. Which is awesome. I can't wait to go back. Mario you are one awesome host and very helpful... keep up the awesome job!

Mario was always responsive to my questions in a timely and professional manner. My older teenage sons thoroughly enjoyed the Pac-Man game! The outdoor courtyard was quaint, the showerhead a good pressure, the kitchen had everything we needed for making dinner and breakfast, the towels were soft, and the sheets smelled great. This location was a very short drive to the coast and the price was fantastic for what we got! I’d rent it again for sure.
