We had the best time over Thanksgiving break with our large family of 15. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The outdoor space is the best I've seen at any rental. Highly recommend this spot and Zevi went out of his way to be accommodating!!!

Everything was quite good and everyone enjoyed the property. The Host responded very quickly to all of my questions. The trampoline and swing set were an added bonus for the grandchildren Only suggestion is since I am not as tech savvy as many others, it might be helpful if the remotes had instructions.

This house is amazing, it’s in a perfect location for a family trip, it’s very private and it offers everything you need for your family and friends. The backyard is beautiful with a lovely pool. There’s a great size game for fun and entertainment. Overall this place had everything we we were looking for to accommodate my family.

On rather short notice we booked this incredible house, and we could not have been more satisfied. Zevi, the host, was very responsive, helpful, and gracious. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood close to Gainesville, and sits far back on a huge 14 acre lot that is beautifully landscaped and manicured. The house is massive. Even with a large group, we had plenty of space, and plenty of comfortable beds. To top it all off, the house has this spectacular heated pool, hot tub, and grotto/waterfall area that truly made our weekend. 11/10 would recommend.

We stayed a week at this property. Zevi had great communication and responded quickly to our questions. There was plenty of space in the house and the surrounding property. Our dogs loved the fenced-in backyard and wooded area beyond the fence. We saw several deer. This property does not have lake access and there is no easy path to find the lake, but we knew this going in, so no problem for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We used the gas fire pit and grill, as well. Our teens complained of no TVs in the bedrooms, so they were forced to join the family more often. Darn. Great place in a quiet neighborhood!

Wow! I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful this place is. The pictures don’t do it justice and the amount of space is amazing. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space to spread out with lots to spare. Everyone loved the pool and trampoline (kids and adults alike) and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and unwind at end end of the day, which is such a nice feature. The kids loved having a space to all bunk together downstairs which was so perfect having two sets of bunk beds plus a queen bed. As the cook of the group, I was in love with the huge kitchen space as well. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake and it was so awesome seeing deer every morning just beyond the fence and in the front yard. The landscaping was so lush and gorgeous and the location of the home was great with many stores and shops close by. It’s so beautiful you can’t help but unplug and take in one of the many good books left throughout the house. Zevi was in communication with us several times checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and was available anytime I had a question. They are so thoughtful as well with the bath products and coffee pods and soaps and detergents and even extra toiletries . I’ve never stayed in a home where the owners were so generous and it was very appreciated. We made so many treasured memories and will never forget this gem of a house. I’d love to return again in the future and if you’re thinking about booking this place, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!

Lot’s of space to spread out outside with the screened in porch, jacuzzi, and the pool. House had everything we needed and was super clean. The Location was very private with plenty of yard space for the kids to play. Contacting Zevi was so easy and we always got a quick response right away.
