Nice clean apartment with an amazing location next to Sanssouci park

Cozy apartment in a charming house in a courtyard. Really close to Sans Souci and the historical centre of Potsdam

The flush of the WC didn't work very well. Some blackout courtains are missing in the kitchen (there is no door with the bedroom)

Nothing. This was a sting and a fraud.

This was advertised as a "45 sqm apartment" (apt #7). In reality, the total area is 26 sqm: a 3.5X4=14 sqm bedroom + 6 sqm kitchenette + 6 sqm shower & toilet (don't trust any reply that claims otherwise - I measured). 1. If I knew its a size of a hotel room I would NEVER take this "apartment". For the same price you can get a good hotel room, with efficient design and all the services a hotel can provide (24 hrs desk, etc). We like apartments because they have more space, but here you get an awfully designed hotel room with a bad service of an apt. 2. A pretentious and inefficient design (heavy unmovable inconvenient table, 3 among the 4 chairs were broken, inconvenient wardrobe, too dark - not enough light, only two sockets - the TV electric cable is all over the room, we didn't have a socket to charge our iPhones and laptops, etc). 3. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 1/2 hr after check in time - we had a major difficulty to enter this "apartment". 4. The location is bad. 15 min to city center/bus/supermarket and 35 min to train station. There are many apts in Potsdam that are between the city center and the train station- 15 min to each. 5. Summary: for a price of a Ritz Hotel, we got a small poorly designed room with kitchenette with bad location, and were victims of a fraud. Don't rent this property. 6. I hope booking.com will take some steps against this fraud, and will remove this "apartment" from the booking.com cite.

Location

- was completely different than shown in the photos provided - located in the Souterrain so pretty cold and musky, design outdated and not really impressive

It was super easy to collect the keys, even after 6pm, and the flat is located in a great part of town. They've done a good job with the furniture and light fixtures, the design of the flat is chic.

I thought that the apartment was a bit dark, as it was located on the ground floor, it could have been a bit more welcoming with some plants or more lights. And really wish there had been soap in the shower!

Quiet and clean place in a great location right next to Sans Soussi palace and gardens. The staff were very friendly and brought me the keys, because I failed to go to the correct address.

Getting the keys requires going to another address.
