Bonnie and Dave take pride in their property and it shows from the moment you arrive. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space was perfect with incredible views and immediate access tot he beach. The proximity to all local amenities are only a few minutes away. Bonnie and Dave went above and beyond as well by reaching out to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything additional including towels, outside seating, etc. We definitely think to stay here again.

This ADU was clean, well appointed and laid out perfectly for two couples. The view is incredible! Bonnie was an awesome host, letting me know the interest was being worked on and we could check out later if we wanted. Best weekend ever in Homer!

Very peaceful, quiet stay on a private property overlooking Kachemak Bay. We were able to take steps down to beach. Was beautiful to walk along at low tide. Everything was available that we needed in the apartment. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day. The owners were very kind. Their dog Willow made our stay special when she would greet us each day.

We loved staying at this new and beautifully decorated house! It was private feeling and peaceful with a luxurious feel. The property was well furnished with incredibly comfortable linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The views are incredible! We enjoyed walking along the beach and the solitude of this area. The property is close to the spit and town, yet located in a very quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at this property!

As soon as we entered the patio doors we knew that we had made a great selection with this property,we enjoyed all the features and the little extras the owner had provided.The views were outstanding and the eagle that landed on the in front water daily allowed for some great filming opportunities.

This was absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The space is beautiful inside and out. The owner has spared no expense in making sure the guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay from great bedding, cooking pans, washer/dryer, spacious bathrooms, binoculars and an amazing view of the bay and Homer Spit. The pictures don’t do it justice. Walking on the beach or just sitting on the deck is wonderful.

Two friends enjoyed our stay at this immaculate place with an incredible view! We had gorgeous weather and delicious food during our stay in magical Homer. 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend this treasure!

Property is located just a couple of minute drive to the Homer spit. It has 5 star views of Kachaemek Bay. The house was super clean and a pretty new build. Beds were incredibly comfy. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

The location of this place is amazing. Million dollar views of the bay and easy access to the beach below the house. The place was nicely appointed and felt brand new. We sunk into our beds and slept great!

This property is clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Big windows and deck look out over the bay and the Spit, and stairs (121) lead down to the beach for even more views. We saw seals, eagles, loons, and many other birds. The location is awesome, close to the Spit for water activities, also close to several small parks for nature viewing (Beluga lake wildlife platform, Calvin and Coyle nature trail, and the Eveline State rec area). We saw at least a moose a day on the road nearby. Highly, highly recommend!

Had a great stay in Homer. This property has amazing views, beach access, great host, perfect interior, wildlife viewing from property, excellent location for all of Homer’s activities.

What an amazing place to call home during our trip to Homer Alaska. The home was beautiful, clean and fully stock for all of our needs. No detail was missed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the darkening shades helped with the Alaska sun. What an amazing view from the home and the deck. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved our visit to the beach below. The hosts were extremely friendly and the pride they take in their home is quite evident. Loved that the home had unobstructed water and Homer Spit views but is not in a tsunami evacuation zone. Could not have found a nicer place to stay on our visit. Highly recommend

Over the years we've stayed at a number of VRBO's. My wife and I think this is the best over all VRBO we have ever stayed in, it's the complete package. The unit was immaculately clean and my wife is a cleanie. It is tastefully decorated, the linens looked new, the appliances were top-notch. All the pots and pans you would need. We especially like the view out over the Homer spit and having the available binoculars were great for watching the eagles and sea life. Even though it was a bit on the chilly side we loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying happy hour watching the tide change. For any questions we had Bonnie was very quick to respond. If we ever need a place to stay in Homer this is where we are coming. No need to look any further.
