Great house, pool, and location. This house has everything for a great vacation.

A little over the top with decorating but fabulous location and great pool! Loved walking right out to the beach!

There were 10 adults staying in six of the seven bedrooms. We had more than enough room. Right on the beach with a private pool and hot tub, it was perfect. Highly recommend this house and Mexico Beach.

We had an amazing week. The pool and close proximity to the beach provided us with lots of fun activities. The house was spacious and clean.

This was our annual Family Together Time and the home was perfect for us. You can tell the home was built with love and beauty. Each Room was themed and interesting. Kitchen had every appliance under the sun and the appliances, ice maker,, microwabe all high end. The pool and hot tub combo with the covered porch was a huge hit during March Cool Weather. Proximity to the beach was the best we have ever had, so close. It is time for outdoor cushions to be replaced and grill needed a good cleaning and empty grease pan we made use of all it was not a game changer. I would recommend that the mops to clean be removed from laundry room off the kitchen it was an odor. We did run an affresh in the downstair washer right before we left. I arranged this for a sibling and spouses gathering - ages 62-80. It was a great for all of us. The rental agents checked in frequently to make sure all was OK. The house was outfitted with everything we needed. Such a great location for us older folks but it would be good for any gathering with our grandchildren as well. It couldn't have been more perfect. Beautiful house with all the extras.

Great home, as advertised

We had the absolute best time at this property for our family thanksgiving. The house was absolutely incredible and laid out so well that everyone had their own space if they needed it. We had one small issue we needed to call the property manager about, and they were super polite and prompt in their assistance. The pool was so nice and heated, the hot tub was great, and the kitchen was very well equipped to handle a lot of people (we had 8 adults and 4 children). A few items to keep in mind: Despite the large kitchen and house, the refrigerator and freezer were standard sizes (or slightly larger than a typical side-by-side) so we had to make a few trips to the store as we wouldn't have been able to get all we needed for a week stay for 12. If multiple people were showering at the same time, the water pressure was very low on the upper floors. Not a huge issue, but we just had to make sure we timed our showers right All in all the week was absolutely incredible and we were so happy we wanted to come back next year and the property was already booked (a whole year in advance!) Our family will 10000% be back and would highly, highly recommend this property.
