The most beautiful, peaceful place. The view is spectacular.

Property is North of the southeast corner of a very long Lake running north south. Cove restaurant and others are less than ten minutes away. BBQ and hotub, kayaks and paddleboard provided, so what more could you want? Dave and Donna were very friendly and accommodating allowing me to bring my 12-ft sunfish to use during my stay.

This was a birthday gift for my husband who loves to fish and this house was the perfect place. The house is beautiful and right by the lake. The view is spectacular!!!!.The host is very attentive and helpful. We are returning soon.

Originally booked for my family, but my childhood friend's family joined us last minute, so at the end it was 8 of us: 4 adults and 4 children. We also had some day guests one day. The neighborhood is not very welcoming, when you drive to the house and you see posters in neighbors yards showing their opinion about short term rentals. The houses are so close together that neighbors see whatever you do. One guy was constantly looking at us, and that was unpleasant. Also, when originally booked, it was not disclosed to us that property is under video surveillance and owners really watch you. That became evident after checkout, when owners knew about every little detail we did outside. It is disclosed now. Also, the house has a new septic design, which has a blower and is constantly blowing sewer gas. Maybe it is good for the lake, but on calm nights, when we had fire outside, the sewer smell was unbearable . The owner says we overloaded the septic, but I don't think we did. I have a boat (with bath) on the lake and we spent most of the days on the water. The smell was there the first night we came as well. Also, because of that new septic, the property in the back is raised high up from water with no fall protection. We had little children and were always worried that they may fall in and get injured. Speaking about inside, the house is renovated, even though some work is clearly DIY and quality is not there. According to owner's logic, pretty much if it is renovated, nothing can break. We were accused of doing some damage that we never did. If something stops working after they do inspection and let you in, it's your responsibility. I don't talk about physical damage, I talk about normal wear and tear. For example: one light fixture had a light turn on knob missing in kids bedroom and we were accused of breaking a lamp and asked to pay for, even though my wife tried to turn it on the first night and it wasn't there. Also, some window screens were missing in the house. The downstairs bath didn't have a bath fan, nor screen. Someone opened the window to let the fresh air in and we've got a full bath of bugs. One of the door screens had a little quarter size rip, and we were accused of doing it. Please do a thorough walk through upon arrival and notify owners about any little detail you notice right away, or you may be asked to pay full replacement price. My rating reflects it all: neighborhood, privacy, safety, picky owners.

We had a beautiful stay at the lake house. The house is beautiful, well kept and has everything you could want for your stay! Lounge chairs, hot tub, grill, activities and games. The hosts were quick & responsive and we had beautiful weather for our stay to boot! Definitely would recommend.

wonderful get away for my family. between the lake, the hot tub and the lakeside seating, we were swimming, relaxing, or reading/talking. house was super clean and modern. owners easy to communicate with
