Would not stay again

manager was. very rude was cussing me I was charged twice for my room and they denied an refund still yet to receive it

Over the phone service and check in were delightful.

My crew ( who have a language barrier ) came to their rooms after working all day to eat dinner. Since they are used to cooking their dinner they assumed they couldve cooked. They were kicked out without warning prior bc they cooked their meal. A lady staff member (4/15/23) escalated things and made my crew upset. If instructions/policies were given beforehand or even a warning things couldve stayed neutral. But thank you to the gentleman who explained to my crew what was going on and understood their language barrier.

2 of our 3 rooms were clean, overnight shift worker was very nice.

Check in process was ridiculous, only one working washer, and check in staff was not very helpful

Had to reactive keycard 2 of the 3 days. It deactivated every day at checkout time.

location to other places, the cleanliness and how the place was set up

my neck and face were covered in bites. They continued to come into my room to “clean” daily even tho I’d requested they follow the every other day mandatory cleaning policy, there was some odd stains all over the bedsheets and pillowcases.

It was infested with something that left red welts, the window did not close properly it was so cold, the odd filthy stains, the toilet leaking water all over the floor. I could go on & on.

clean; staff in good spirits in spite of power outage.

Everything, price point, amenities, cleanliness, ease of check in/out process. But most of all I didn't have to pay more money upon arrival after already booking and paying through booking.com. just get my key and go to my room

There was a smell in the hallway that I'm assuming came from a leak or spill and the part of carpet hadn't been properly
