modern and well designed. very well picked furniture and perfect selection of tools and equipments.

unfortunately furniture wasn’t very professionally installed and built for long term usage for example in kitchen and bathroom. looked good from outside but not long lasting. area feels unsafe and scary. seems to be a poorer environment. we found several drunk people around. for families not recommended. the view of the two rooms was in the back of the building facing the parking area. opening the windows felt dangerous, therefore fresh air was missing and no sunlight entered into the apartment. ground floor. old unrenovated building. not recommend for 4 people for several days. it’s just too tiny.

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet. It stayed very cool inside even though it was very hot outside.

The water in the kitchen faucet smelled of sewage. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. The floors were very dirty and we needed to keep our shoes on because otherwise our feet would get black. All of the chairs for the dining table were broken so we never even sat on them. Parking was difficult to find. We spent no time there except to sleep, so none of this was too bothersome, but it definitely kept us from wanting to eat there or use the kitchen. The location was not ideal. As a single woman with three children, I didn't feel particularly safe. Lots of men drinking and walking along the sidewalk in front of the building. A giant garbage/refuse/remodeling junk area at the end of the building. The walls were also fairly dirty and there was a large damaged area on the wall near the dining table, as well as pencil scribble on the walls in one bedroom. The finishings in the apartment were nice and the beds were comfy, it was quiet and cool.... But the smell of the water and dirty floors, along with the stress of finding a parking spot made it less than desirable.

The flat design is very nice. There are many appliances including toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We didn't cook but there were all necessary appliances to cook something. The beds were quite comfortable, the district was silent.

One of us arrived in the evening to check in. But when he arrived and checked in, the place wasn't cleaned after the previous guests (empty beer cans, clipped nails, used towels and bed linen, overall dirty flat). It is not nice first impression see those things in the place you are going to stay... Our friend was asked to leave the flat for 1,5h and wait in a restaurant (dinner cost would be covered by the host) until cleaning is done. Our friend arrived after all day travel (coming from abroad taking 2 flights to reach to Szczecin) and had to work in the evening. So it wasn't nice that he had to wait additional 1,5h and deal with this topic upon his arrival instead of being able to rest after a tiring day. The host compensated small part of the money we paid for our stay (which took almost 2 weeks time to receive), that was the only good thing with this situation. Other than that, when rest of us arrived, even after the cleaning which was done earlier, the flat wasn't so clean. The shower sinkhole was stuck, water was going extremely slow. The water got cold after a while during shower. It was cold in the flat when we arrived, when we turned on the heaters, the electric system couldn't handle it and we didn't have electricity in half of the flat, internet was also gone together with it. It took us a while find the electricity shelter to bring the internet back at least, as we all were going to work remotely. Not to lose the electricity again we didn't turn on the heater in one of the rooms. Other than that, bed sheets and pillows were smelly. The flat is in ground floor with view to car park and dumpster.
