La colazione non era inclusa. Situato in un quartiere tranquillo ben servito dai tram, 15 minuti dal centro. Camera pulita e moderna con letti molto confortevoli.

La presenza di qualcuno dello staff per accedere alla stanza, non tutti sono riescono a destreggiarsi con codici per aprire la porta e per trovare le chiavi della camera. In estate in camera è caldo

Licht op tweede verdiep in gang gaat niet, waardoor je in het donker de deur moet proberen open doen en naar beneden beginnen gaan. Tv werkt niet Geluid van de straat klinkt erg door langs de ramen. Geen verduistering in de badkamer.

Lagen hier en daar wat haren, en de bovenkop van de douche deed het niet. En er is geen deur in de douche.

The basement flat smells very much of sewage. Airing the place does not help. The phone number given for emergencies does not answer SMS or phone calls. The flat had not been cleaned properly: there were clear signs of the previous occupant.

The toilet wouldn't flush properly when we arrived. This was not resolved properly. The room was stuffy and the walls were thin so there was a lot of street noise.

I was pleased to find that the room was both clean and pleasant.

Regrettably, the room did not include the amenities that were advertised. It appears that this room might have been recently added to the listings, but was not ready. I suggest verifying its preparedness before making a reservation. It's worth noting that the property is addressing the situation by providing a partial refund of the rate. I suggest that the property consider being available on WhatsApp, which would facilitate smoother communication for international travellers. It took us a couple of hours to establish contact since there was no key in the lockbox. Any response to email was generally around 1.30am.
