Nice view Clean

The bathroom has no ventilation fan. So the place smelled of mildew. They had an automatic spritzer that sent a fragrance into the bathroom to make it smell better, but it spritzed onto your head while you were at the sink.

You can’t beat the location. It was beyond perfect.

Wifi was not the greatest. Where some moment when I had no service at all

Amazing views regardless of the weather, and very close to the main town square!

The view from the balcony is amazing!! Spacious room and a nice breakfast, with an incredible view (great way to start the day!) The property is located beside the bus station which makes it very easy to travel around the island.

Could have benefited from a mini fridge and safe.

The place was close to the city center, the room was big and the view on the bay of Naples is beautiful.

It was really humid, too expensive for the service offered compared to other locations we stayed in Ischia and Napoli for the same time. The rooms are just below two restaurants so it is quite loud until midnight (sound of people walking, chairs, laugh etc)

My main complaint was that the day we checked in there was no hot water to shower in the evening as well as the next day in the morning. When it was brought up to the staff member, she simply stated it takes time for the water heater to heat water. that evening there was hot water to shower however, only lasted about 5-7min and the next person showering was left without hot water.

Im not sure but I couldn't get hot water in the shower, It was a hot day so I didn't mind it cold.

The location is amazing and the room was really nice

There were a lot of problems and no one to talk to.. the lady at the reception was not there from the minute we got there. No hot water in the shower!! Had to take a shower with really cold water!
