Ease of check in, accomodated us with an extra request with no problem.

The location of the property was fantastic for the town, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Everything that was needed was there. Fantastic smelling toiletries in the bathroom, just wish I knew what they were so I could get some!

Only thing we could comment on was that the door wasn't self closing and had to be pulled quite hard to shut on the way out

This was by far my favorite stay in Ireland! My husband and I regretted that we only stayed one night. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable! The shower was the best we had on our trip. It was walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. Kenmare is a lovely town and I highly recommend it on a road trip in Ireland. I accidentally left some clothes and the owner was nice to ship it to me at my next hotel!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and sofa, good quality bedlinen etc. Nice complimentary toiletries. Good location. Free car park very nearby. The adjoining cafe downstairs is very good. Did not meet the owner, but friendly communications.

Had a back room and the view could have been nicer. Someone else had complained about the extractor fan noise from the cafe. We noticed it, but it wasn't so loud at all.

Beautiful, cozy apartment with a kitchen. Loved that there was a kettle and a French press. I was able to get coffee grounds from the quaint store across the street, and have morning coffee with a pretty view of the town and mountains in the background. The apartment is clean and bright. Close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Free parking close by, too!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment. Only unfortunate thing is that we were there during the two days the cafe downstairs was closed, so we weren't able to take advantage of it. The menu and ambience of it looks great, though!
