For our June stay, we thought the air conditioning didn't work but it was just set to winter heating mode.  It's a rather complicated system but after 2 uncomfortable nights the owner helped us fix it. The bed is a small double bed so a bit uncomfortable for those used to a king size. Also, the fitted bed sheets for the bed are too small for the mattress so don't really wrap around the bed and pop up all the time. The pillows are pretty low quality too. The WiFi password is exactly 38 characters long so is a pain to enter in each of your devices.  The WiFi is also super slow. A speed test showed 0.60mbps.  I was getting 35mbps from my own mobile data so there is decent reception in the area. The Freebox TV was not set up and we tried but gave up setting it up ourselves. There are also no electricity sockets that are easy to access from the bed. If you use Google maps, the address for the apartment does not take you to the right location. You had to provide 400 euro security deposit in cash on arrival.  There was no receipt provided for the cash deposit and the visit to the cash machine was a pain. Feels like an inconvenience from the last century. I'd rather the landlord paid for some insurance and charged more for the accommodation accordingly. Would give a better customer experience. A bar of soap was provided but no shampoo or conditioner so please bring your own. Toilet seat is not 'soft close' so do expect it to slam down. Despite the advertising of 100m from the sea, the apartment is more like 500m from the sea so do expect a 5 min walk. Note that it is at the top of a hill but nothing too steep.
