It was located close to where we needed to park for our trip.

The location of hotel I needed a couple of things & none of the corner stores has what I needed & there were no other options close. The bathroom sink clogged up & filled up every time you ran the water.

Not value for money Very poor customer service at Reception. Receptionist insisted that we give her our Credit Card PIN so she would put the pin herself in order to process the payment. When I refused she was very blunt that she will have to cancel the payment. I purposely give her a wrong pin. When it did not work only the she said that we can pay cash and that there was an ATM two steps away. Like really ???? she dared asked us for our PIN. I also witnessed her being very rude to another customer. This event took place in the evening of Sat 04th Nov 2023. Would not recommend this place.

Wi-Fi was terrible

My room was very clean and was treated with respect. Very comfortable bed. You can hear everything but it’s still low enough for you to go to sleep comfortably.

The stairs have a extremely strong smell of cannabis I would recommend taking the elevator if you going to second floor. It’s not even a “it smells good” it was very obnoxious. But other than that perfect place if you traveling on a budget or not.

The room was dirty. It had hairs, much dust, and left food. The toilet was stuck. A window had been open.

The receptionist face is so sour never wish customer at all.

Although rooms are clean at first sight, they must allow smoking in the premises because the smell permeated the walls.

The location was not ideal and the staff was not the friendliest

It was clean and it was well decorated.

The vending machines did not work and when we notified the staff they offered no solution or reimbursement. The walls were very thin we could hear all the activity outside of our room. The shower smelt like vomit and there was no hot water.

Clean & comfortable

No coffee machine in room or on the premises. Also the property is advertised as a ubs arena place to stay. The hotel is very close to the arena, within walking distance...however there is no direct route to walk to the arena due to it being on the otherside of the interstate. So we ended up spending $50 on an uber.

Very easy check in at gone midnight. Receptionist was efficient and friendly. Room was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean

Would have been great if breakfast had been available but having said that we found an excellent cafe around the corner where we had freshly made food to order

there was some strange smell in the room, the bathroom does not match with the photos, there is not even a stand in the shower, nowhere to put the shampoo. I didn't like it at all.

The towels was limited, no hand towels, nor face towels, hair was on the floor with Dust at the head of the bed.

They do not serve food.

The staff was the only thing I liked.

1 there was no microwave in my room, and my bed didn't have fitted sheets and it was hard. 2 the location was not a good area, on my first night a couple was blocking the parking garage. 3 I heard everything in the hallway, so I couldn't get any sleep. 4 the bathrooms didn't have anywhere to hang my washcloth or a spit for my soap. There's so much more but this is enough, I was not happy with my stay at all.

Very clean i love the rooms and housekeeping but the old woman who works at the front desk is going to cause a loss of customers she has a very nasty attitude totally rude and she up sells you when you don't have a reservation very hard to deal with i do not like her
